[Announcement] About withdrawal application

Dear ALLEX Users,

ALLEX Exchange is going through a series of upgrades, and we’re still not sure about the exact date of completing the whole updating process.

We appreciate your patience and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Since Token Withdrawal has been affected by the upgrade of the system, we have developed a solution to this problem down below:

1. Users have to complete level 2 KYC, film KYC Video and file a withdrawal request.

2. We will distribute the withdrawal amount requested by users from ALLEX Exchange’s crypto address after the admin review the KYC video and withdrawal request.
(User’s account will be frozen for 2-3 working days while admin reviewing user’s withdrawal request and distributing tokens.)

3. After the distribution is done, we’ll reduce the withdrawal amount from the user’s assets, users can see your balance in your ALLEX account.
(Go to "My Center" page -> "My Asset" -> click on the "Record" in the currency type row.)

Starting on Monday December 07, 2020, the solution will be implemented.

[Announcement] About the withdrawal rules & process

Hello everyone, since Token Withdrawal has been affected by the system's upgrade, we have announced a solution, and it will start on Monday, December 07, 2020.

Firstly, users who sent us KYC Video and had already filed withdrawal requests will be processed on December 07, 2020.

Secondly, here is the withdrawal rules & process:

◆Users have to complete level 2 KYC, film KYC Video and file a withdrawal request.

All the users who had filed withdrawal requests and sent video KYC before 3 pm GMT+8P time will be processed on weekdays. People who sent their video after 3 pm GMT+8 will be processed next weekday.

If you have filed a withdrawal request but did not receive payment,
(1) you haven't sent us your video KYC,
(2) we didn't receive it,
please send it again to @ALLEXVideoKYC

All withdrawal video KYC received after 3 pm GMT+8 will be audited on the next workday.

[Announcement] ALLEX Exchange Upgrade terminate by China's new policy

Dear ALLEX Users,

As some of you know, we announced the ALLEX Exchange Upgrade on Oct 5th, 2020, and the update still in progress, but in the meantime, the People’s Bank of China (PBOC) has launched its central bank digital currency (CBDC). Following the roll-out of CBDC, China has implemented a new policy on banning companies involved in cryptocurrency trading. Due to the policy's implementation, China had a crackdown on the system maintenances company of ALLEX Exchange at the end of November, which led to a halt in the ALLEX Exchange Upgrade. It's put us into a difficult situation that we could not predict the date of completing the upgrade of ALLEX Exchange.

In response to these problems, we decided to tackle Token Withdrawal first and had announced the” About withdrawal application” on December 4th, 2020. As for other known system malfunctions such as 2 Factor Authentication, after ensuring our solutions are workable and effective, we will announce the solution as soon as possible.
