Real healing and breaking generational trauma and wounding are 100% an inside job, and until we take accountability for healing the trauma we’ve endured we stay inside the cage still suffering.
Until we can stop blaming our parents, and our parents can stop blaming their parents and so on and so on then we will continue to repeat these disempowering and repetitive cycles that continue the dysfunction.

Like, the concept of bodily autonomy is so simple in theory, but we’ve been so brainwashed by our birthing system, our education system and our medical system that many do not grasp that not only do they have a right to be in control of their bodily autonomy, but that they also have a responsibility to demand it.
