Did I appear normal as my heart was breaking?
I’m certain I did, on the outside to many, but my insides were being thrashed.
And as my trauma bond grew and the combination of abuse + intermittent reinforcement * devaluation + reidealization made my head spin, we’re not talking months here or even years, , we’re talking decades inside the mine shaft, giddy, like a drunk high on the most potent drug , and I couldn’t put it down.
It’s all i knew. It’s all he knew too.
It’s what was modeled for me, and it’s what I modeled for my daughter. It’s what was modeled for him, and it’s what he modeled for his sons.
And it would have repeated, until someone said No.
But I’m talking to you about a mask you wear that has been shown to not even be effective, and you wear it because someone tells you to.
Someone you trust.
Like I did.
Someone you believe has your best interest.
Like I did.
Someone who is killing you slowly, but that choice is on you.
Your heart will keep breaking until you say No.

If you are blindly following hypocrites like this, what does that say about you? THESE ARE THE PEOPLE YOU ARE DEFENDING when you buy into these lockdowns and mask mandates as life or death. If they are, WHY AREN’T HE AND ALL OF HIS FRIENDS FOLLOWING THEM?
