No matter how good, well-intentioned, helpful and kind we are, people may still find something negative to say about us.
If there's truth in their criticism, we should take it as an opportunity for self-improvement.
However, when criticism is based purely on others' perceptions and not on who we truly are, it's best to ignore it-or, if it becomes repetitive or harmful, address it in a suitable way.
While we may not be in control of the stones thrown our way, we can rise above them, soaring high enough that they never reach us. ✨✨
