New video shows FBI agents waiting for former Rep. Eric Swalwell as he steps off a plane at San Francisco International Airport, then seizing his phone and laptop as part of a federal criminal investigation.
The Aug. 15 encounter comes months after Swalwell resigned from Congress amid mounting sexual misconduct allegations, which he denies. The FBI searched his Washington, D.C., home the following day.
Now the newly surfaced airport footage is spreading online, with critics quickly zeroing in on everything from the FBI confrontation to Swalwell's all-black outfit.
