The Michigan casino and 78.26 acres is 67 FR 51867, NOT the 67 FR 51871 alleged by the casino online (a Department of Labor statement that has nothing to do with gifting 78.26 acres).

In fact, the 67 FR 51867 states only that the "Secretary will take the land into trust subject to completion of blah blah blah."

I haven't found anything in the Federal Register yet where it was actually "put into trust for the alleged NHBP"
