This is Dog-whistling and Stochastic Terrorism… these are known CIA tactics used with the purpose of trying to cause harm to a target.

Stochastic Terrorism is where public figures or media outlets demonize a person or group through inflammatory rhetoric… just like they do with Trump all the time (he’s Hitler. A threat to democracy, etc.)

KNOWING it might inspire unpredictable lone individuals to act violently against the target (Kristi) because they think they are acting heroically.. while the inspirer gets total plausible deniability from inspiring the action.
