📺 🔥Meet ADB TV 1.10.2!

The update is a really huge and the list of changes speaks for itself - a lot of fixes and improvements. Now ADB TV really looks and works as intended. And, of course, the long-awaited debloat feature has been added. It is based on the statistics of the apps that are most likely to be disabled on Android TV. Debloat is still in beta testing status, so be carefully. I hope you will enjoy it!

Released Hotifx 2 with important changes!

1.10.2 Hotfix:
- Compatibility for Google Play, as well as other small errors, has been fixed. 
- Partially returned the possibility of starting without a configured ADB connection.
1.10.1 Hotfix:
- Fixed problems with the search and activation on some devices.
1.10.0:
- Debloat: basic and expert levels (only Pro).
- Added indicator of the RAM usage.
- More supported TV devices.
- Reworked adb connection and fixed errors.
- Fixed a problem with installing apk-files. Now apk-files are installing only by adb.
- Fixed bug with the same size of some apps.
- Improved web-interface. Session is automatically terminated.
- Improved initial setup screen. It is no longer possible to start the program without an adb connection configured.
- On the Help screen you can check the number of active devices in Pro.
- Added new languages: Slovak, Arabic, Greek and Czech. Thanks to the community!
- Other fixes and improvements.

You can install the new version manually from the apk file. Or wait until the update is available from the app/Play Store.

UPD: On Android TV 11+ devices, there may be an error when updating from the app. In this case, just install the apk on top of the already installed app. This problem has already been fixed in 1.10)

ADB TV looking nice in a working environment. The photo from subscriber.

📺 Improved the web-interface of the console in ADB TV Pro and added the history of the last commands. Now the console is really full-featured - you can execute a command with the Enter key or scroll through the latest ones with the Arrows keys. I'll release an update soon, there's a couple important fixes.

🚀 ADB TV 1.11 update (Android TV)
The update fixing some bugs that occurred after minimizing the application and seriously improving the remote console. Thanks to everyone who reports problems!

Changelog:

- Fixed a bug with displaying application details in the sidebar.
- The console (web interface) has been improved: new style, added history of last commands, commands can be changed with Up/Down arrow keys, commands can be executed with Enter key, console output is no longer reset on page refresh.
- Resolved a rare problem with Pro activation.
- Other changes.

You can update from within the app.

A small update that fixes a couple important bugs and adds a secondary server address if the primary is not available.

Changelog:

- Updated platform tools to version 35.0.2.
- Problem with saving apks files has been solved.
- Secondary server address if the primary is not available.
- Fixed bug when IP history was not saved.
- The "Save icon cache" setting obsolete and was removed.
- The "About app" menu option has been returned.

These two harmless apps, were recently installed on your device without your consent* via Google Play.

SafetyCore, for example, is designed to detect a "sensitive" (or maybe sensual😊) content.

Key Verifier, on the other hand, is related to end-to-end encryption of messages and contacts, and you probably really needed it.

Such a hidden installation is hard to notice, unless of course you have a mobile ADB AppControl (like me) that will warn you in time😁 And thanks to the subscriber who gave me the idea.

I'm really grateful to Google for caring. Like other users who have rated these apps highly in GP.

Over the past few months, I have been completely focused on developing the ADB AppControl Mobile app and even had to temporarily put other projects on hold. The time has come to show you what I have been working on for over a year.

Today, I am pleased to announce ADB AppControl Mobile and show you the first screenshots.

📺 ADB TV will have a feature that many expected - a PIN code. This will help protect access to ADB TV from unauthorized persons and pets😁

The update will be released in October.

📺 The long-awaited ADB TV 1.12 update is here!

Finally, I've added the ability to set a PIN code to launch ADB TV. This is really necessary, because TVs are often accessed by children and other persons who may accidentally “press the wrong button.”

The PIN does not provide security for your device or data!

The second important feature is the logging of operations with apps. Now you will see not just a message saying “failed to uninstall” or “failed to install,” but you will also be able to view the error in the console.

The console as a whole has been significantly improved and now stores a log of executed commands during a session. A command history with quick access has also been added. Please note that you can now use keyboard auto-replacement for commands in the console. Start typing, for example, “youtube” and your keyboard will suggest replacing it with “com.google.android.youtube.tv”.
