The bill was supposed to finally bring clearer rules around which crypto assets fall under the SEC vs. CFTC.
Without it, regulatory uncertainty remains β especially for altcoins.
That doesnβt mean Altcoins are going to crash overnight.
But it does mean the regulatory clarity the market was hoping for gets pushed further away.
And that could be a bigger problem for Altcoins than for Bitcoin. π
