Hello Everyone! A few quick updates:
1). 150,000,000 ACTN ERC20 have been "burned" in preparation for the new bridge token and blockchain. This represents the entire ACTN supply on Ethereum:

2). 150,000,000 ACTN AVX20 have been "burned" in preparation for the new bridge token and blockchain. This represents the entire ACTN supply on Avalanche:

3). We have been actively researching several platforms in respect to the new blockchain. They are Arbitrum Orbit, Optimism Superchains and Polygon CDK. Here's what we have learned:
a). None of the existing product offerings are mature enough in terms of development and/or documentation to safely launch the new Action (EVM) Blockchain at this time. This situation is evolving by the day.
b). Two of the solutions (Optimism Superchains and Polygon CDK) settle to Ethereum directly, which means that any blockchain using their technology will be a "Layer 2" (L2) chain. It is still unclear how often settlement occurs to Ethereum, or how much these transactions will cost over time. This is a significant concern for us due to the traditionally high fees associated with Ethereum.
c). Arbitrum Orbit chains settle to Arbitrum One, which then settles to Ethereum (all Arbitrum and Arbitrum Orbit transactions are batched together for settlement). This means that any blockchain based on Arbitrum Orbit will be a "Layer 3" (L3) chain. It also means that the settlement fees will be significantly less than the other two solutions (approximate costs are currently unknown).

4). As a result of our ongoing research in terms of an appropriate blockchain software solution, the previously announced ACTN token on Optimism (ACTN OP20) has not yet been minted. We will post an update on this matter once more is known.

The new Action Blockchain is still very much a work in progress.. one that is being advanced with a great deal of thought and caution. We have investigated and experimented with at least 4 blockchain technology solutions over the past year or more. Each solution that we have investigated has been rejected due to some combination of reliance on Layer 1 (L1) chains and/or single points of failure, lack of proper documentation or active development.
This includes BNB Chain.
We are now focused on the Ethereum codebase and the "Proof of Authority" consensus mechanism, with the expectation that we will ultimately deploy an Ethereum-based L1 chain in the near future.
There are some potential trade-offs to this, in terms of speed and scalability, but the new chain should be faster than the existing Ethereum mainnet, in addition to supporting any smart contract currently supported by Ethereum (at a fraction of the cost).
We will provide additional progress reports as we are able. Thank you for your patience.
This includes BNB Chain.
