✳️Signs of a Believer
💠Imam Zayn ul-Ābidīn, peace be with him:
📜"the signs of a believer are five:
1⃣Piety in seclusion
2⃣Charity in spite of lack
3⃣patience in calamity
4⃣clemency when angered
5⃣Truthfulness when in fear
💠Imam Sadiq, peace be with him, when asked, 'How does a believer know he is indeed a believer?' Replied:
📜"Through submission to Allah and satisfaction with whatever joy or annoyance comes his way".

❇️روی عن علی بن الحسین (عليهما السلام):«عَلَامَاتُ الْمُؤْمِنِ خَمْسٌ:
1️⃣الْوَرَعُ فِي الْخَلْوَهًْ
2️⃣وَ الصَّدَقَهًْ فِي الْقِلَّهًْ
3️⃣وَ الصَّبْرُ عِنْدَ الْمُصِيبَهًْ
4️⃣وَ الْحِلْمُ عِنْدَ الْغَضَبِ
5️⃣وَ الصِّدْقُ عِنْدَ الْخَوْفِ
❇️از امام سجاد (سلام الله عليه) منقول است که فرمودند: مؤمن پنج نشانه دارد.
1️⃣پرهيز از گناه در خلوت
2️⃣كمك به ديگران در تنگدستي
3️⃣صبر و تحمل در سختي و مصيبت
4️⃣بردباري در هنگام عصبانيت
5️⃣راستگويي در هنگام ترس و خوف
❇️امام زين العابدين (سلام الله عليه): مومن کی پہچان پانج چیزوں سے ہوتی ہے:
1️⃣تنہائی میں بہی گناہ سے پرہیز
2️⃣مشكل وقت میں بھی دوسروں کی مدد کرنا
3️⃣مشکلوں میں صبر سے کام لینا
4️⃣غصہ میں خود پر قابو رکہنا
5️⃣خوف اور ڈر کی حالت میں بھی سچ بولنا اور حق بات کہنا
💠امام صادق (عليه السلام) سے سوال ہوا: کہ مومن کیسے یقین کرے کہ وہ سچا مومن ہے؟
امام نے فرمایا: خدا کے آگے تسلیم رہنے سے، چاہے خوشی آئے چاہے غم.

While discussing the necessity of blending intellect and knowledge Murtada Mutahari, in his book Training and education in Islam(pg 255), writes :
"In a famous and excellent quotation, (Francis) Bacon is reported to have said that learned men are of three types. Some are like ants. They always bring grains from outside and store them.
Their minds are like storage rooms. In reality, they are like tape recorders. They record whatever they hear. Others are like silkworms. They always weave their own thread from within themselves. They are not also really learned men
because they do not acquire anything from outside. They want to produce something out of their imagination or illusion. Their impending end is suffocation inside their very own cocoons. The third group consists of the true learned men. They are like honeybees. They extract the juice of flowers and they produce honey out of it."
