🔲 Sayed Hosein Nasr's Memory of Allamah Tabatabai...

❇️ We were strolling in the Alborz mountains north of Tehran; we had just performed the morning prayers when a spiritual, subtle simplicity, and elegance had overtaken the atmosphere in the environment.

❇️ Allamah Tabatabai said: it is sufficient for two persons who are spiritually void, prayer less, and do not have strong connection with nature, should come here. Then they will see just how much aesthetic beauty nature really has hidden.

❇️ A few minutes later, it happened so that when two modern (and materialistic) individuals in appearance emerged near the river, the atmosphere suddenly changed. It was like things disappeared from sight. Exactly like when a non-mahram enters the house of a traditional Muslim in which the womenfolk of this house rush rapidly to wear the veils so that their beauty becomes hidden to the eye of the stranger who just walked into their home.

❇️ Allamah smiled (at the sight of this occurrence) and said: whenever non-mahram (non intimates) walk into the majestic area of nature, nature veils her beauty and elegance from them.

Some people were making a mosque

Suddenly Bahlōl arrived and asked: what are you doing ?

They replied: we are making a mosque.

Bahlōl said: for what?

They replied: "there is no “what”! It is for the sake of God."

Bahlōl wanted them, the trustees of good works (who built the mosque) to realize the degree of their sincerity and honesty in building that mosque..

So he (Bahlōl) secretly ordered a rock, and wrote on it, "Bahlōl’s Mosque" and installed it overnight on the mosque’s main entrance.

The trustees of the mosque came the next day and saw the stone on the main entrance where there was written "Bahlōl Mosque."

They became upset; and started searching for Bahlōl. When they found him, they beat him and said that you put others' efforts under your name.

Bahlōl said: "Did not you say that you have made the mosque for GOD?"

Let’s say if people make a mistake and think that I made this mosque, but God doesn’t make mistakes (he knows who sincerely built it).

he wrote in letter that O Imam I am away from you. Sometimes I have needs or problems, anyway what do I do?

☯ And for bravery there is a limit. If it is exceeded, then it is recklessness.

☯وللشجاعة مقدارا، فإن زاد عليه فهو تهور.



💎امام حسن عسكري (سلام الله عليه) فرمود:
☯ سخاوت مقداري دارد كه با زياده روي اسراف است.
☯ احتياط هم مقداري دارد و اگر از آن تجاوز شود بزدلي محسوب مي شود.
☯ ميانه روي هم مقداري دارد و اگر در آن زياده روي شود بخل است.
☯ و براي شجاعت نيز حدودي است و هر گاه از آن تجاوز شود بي باكي محسوب مي شود.



💎امام حسن عسكري سلام اللہ علیہ نے فرمایا:
☯عطا کرنا اور بانٹنے کی حد ہے، اگر حد سے بڑھ جائے تو اسراف ہے۔
☯احتیاط کی بہی مقدار ہے، اگر اس سے بڑھ جائے تو ڈرپوکی ہے۔
☯احتیاط سے خرچ کرنے کی بہی مقدار ہے، اگر حد سے بڑھ جائے تو کنجوسی ئے۔
☯اسی طرح بہادر کی بہی مقدار ہے لیکن اگر حد سے گذر جائے تو بے باکی بن جاتی ہے۔

*تلاش آیت الله هاشمی شاهرودی برای حفظ دماء

 سمت های اجرایی مرحوم آیت الله سید محمود هاشمی شاهرودی مانند حجابی بر چهره علمی ایشان بود و  آثار و نظریات علمی ایشان کمتر شناخته شده است. به مناسبت درگذشت ایشان یکی از این نظریات جالب را که در کتاب "قرائات فقهیه معاصره" آمده است به طور خلاصه مرور میکنیم:
 
مطابق با نظر مشهور (و حتی شبه اجماع) اگر کسی کشته شود و چند ولی دم داشته باشد، هرکدام از اولیاء دم که بخواهد میتواند قاتل را قصاص کند، چه بقیه اولیاء دم خواهان قصاص باشند، چه خواهان دیه باشند و چه عفو کنند. قانونگذار ما نیز از همین نظر فقهی پیروی کرده و به هریک از اولیاء دم به صورت اختصاصی حق قصاص اعطا کرده است.
 
آیت الله هاشمی شاهرودی در مقاله ای با عنوان "قصاص حق انحلالی یا مجموعی؟" که در سال 78 به چاپ رسیده با بیان ادله  محکم و مستدل، این نظر مشهور فقهی را به چالش کشیده و بیان میکنند قصاص تنها در صورتی قابل اراست که تمامی اولیاء دم خواهان قصاص باشند و حتی اگر فقط یکی از اولیاء دم خواهان دیه یا عفو باشد، قصاص ساقط میشود.

خلاصه استدلال ایشان به این صورت است:
مقتضای اصل اولی لفظی و عملی، حرمت قتل نفس محترم است مگر به حق. بنابراین هر گاه در موردی جواز قصاص، با دلیل ثابت نشد، عمومات حرمت قتل از قبیل «دم المسلم علی المسلم حرام» مرعی خواهد بود. آنچه به عنوان انحلالی بودن حق قصاص مطرح می شود مستظهر به دلایل قوی و  معتبر نیست و از آن جا که اصل اولی حرمت قتل است، در موارد شک باید به قدر متیقن که همان مجموعی بودن حق قصاص است اکتفا نمود.
 
 
اجرای این نظر و وارد کردن آن در قوانین کشور میتواند به میزان قابل ملاحظه ای از تعداد قصاض ها در کشور بکاهد.

Condolences to the late Ayatollah Al-Hashemi Al-Shahroudi Honorable family and Members of Faith Community

Ayatollah Hashemi was one of the most distinguished students of Martyr Ayatollah Sayyed Mohammad Bagher Al-Sadr in Najaf over 12 years.

His threes brothers Sayyed Mustafa, Sayyed Hadi and Sayyed Muhsen were tortured and executed by criminal Saddam and their bodies were never given back to their family.

While Saddam regime was looking for ayatollah Sayyed Mahmud Hashemi, under the advice of martyr Sadr, he fled to Kuwait and then Iran.

He started an educational hawzah in Qum, worked with martyr Sayyed Bagher Al-Hakim and many high services in Iran.

He suffered a painful cancer that started from a year ago. He was a shining light of hope of future leadership and marjaeyya.

May Allah bless his soul and provide patience to his family and all followers of Ahlol-Bait all over the world.

Instead of being a "worshiper" be a "servant of God"! Satan worshiped for about 6000 years, and became a worshipper, not a servant. Unless you become a servant, your worship is not profitable; servanthood means what your Lord wants, not your desires.

🌳 Does his action (of offering good and forbiddence) through compassion, kindness, and with tolerance.

كسى مى تواند امر به معروف و نهى از منكر كند كه داراى سه صفت باشد:
🔷 به آنچه امر مى كند عمل كند و از آنچه نهى مى كند اجتناب نمايد.
🔷 در امر كردن و نهى نمودن ميانه روى را پيشه خود كند.
🔷 از روى دلسوزى و مهربانى و با مدارا امر و نهى كند.

✨امام صادق سلام اللہ علیہ نے فرمایا:
صرف وہی دوسروں کو نیکیوں کی دعوت اور برائیوں سے روک سکتا ہے جس میں تین صفت پائی جاتی ہے۔
🌼 جو کہتا ہو خود اُس پر عمل کرتا ہو اور جس کام سے روکتا ہو اُس کام کو خود نہ کرتا ہو۔
🌼 جس کام کے لیے کہے اور جس کام سے روکے دونوں میں جو اور جتنا حق ہے اُسی کے مطابق عمل کرے۔
🌼 اور پھر احترام، مہربانی اور محبت کے ساتھ دوسروں کو بتایے اور روکے۔
