香港細就係人都知，人均居住面積只有16平方米（172呎），比全世界出名迫嘅東京仲細（20.1平方米，即係216呎），亦係世界各地城市之中最細。不過香港人均仲有16平方米，有200萬香港人住嘅公屋其實人均只有11.5平方米。而住喺劏房嘅22.6萬香港人，人均居住面積更只有6.6平方米。
Hong Kong has a median per capita living area of 16 square meters (172 sq ft), which is lower than most advanced cities in the world. If we take a closer look, 172 sq ft is just the median number across 7 million people. On average one person gets 71 square feet only for the 226 thousands of Hongkongers residing in sub-divided flats.
唔講唔知，私樓嘅話，原來香港政府喺2022-2023年度賣地計劃中，要求"最低單位面積"為26平方米。而最近越來越多香港人嘅倫敦，早喺2011年就訂立咗最低住屋面積標準。單睡房至少要37平方米，雙睡房至少要61平方米。
