It is becoming widely suggested that potential employees be sought for their empirical knowledge neglecting the theoretical foundation they have. Although I believe that a degree may not be required by employers in the years to come, I still have some vice versa stance for this argument. In lieu of separating these two, using both can highly likely be much more influential, I think.

Hands-on experience can benefit its owner in several ways. Firstly, engaging in practical activities helps to gain valuable understanding of an action performed, enhancing the expertise which can allow a person to apply theoretical concepts in real-world situations. When trying new things, one stands a chance of learning by doing with mistakes which are in charge of forcing people to build up their problem-solving skills as well as adaptability as almost no job promises a secure and a safe chain of actions. A boost in the invaluable experience an individual possesses would certainly result in promising career prospects as the more experiential background a person has, the more and the better employment opportunity offers he gets.

I, however, take issue with the notion that theorical skills do not have such a value as applied ones can give to some extent. The main reason why I think they still have a crucial role in society is the conceptual comprehension which enables a person to grasp underlying principles and relationships between different ideas and phenomena. It also aids newcomers with predictive ability. That is, once theories have been learnt clearly, it would be far easier to make predictions about how systems and processes in the organizations will behave under particular conditions, or one can get ready for the possible risks that may come.

In my opinion, a combination of both would be ideal for well-rounded expertise. Uniting theoretical and practical knowledge often leads to a holistic understanding of a subject matter, promoting well-informed decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Lifelong learning, which opens doors to explore deeper and more specialized areas within fields, would simultaneously enable learning by trying that would be even more welcomed by employers.

In conclusion, I reiterate that both evidence-based and hypothetical knowledge weigh equal mass and I believe, their combination would be more fruitful than their separate learnings.

The pie charts compare children’s traditional and spare time activities by gender. Overall, computer games coupled with sports games accounted for the three-forth of the total share for boys, while girls show almost similar tendencies with the exceptions in dancing and reading, which are much higher than other activities.

To start with boys, the share of computer games is by far the biggest (34%) and this very share together with basketball’s indication, constitutes the three-fifth of the total percentage. Listening to music and skateboarding are almost equal, 10% and 11% respectively. Soccer is higher than skateboarding by 6%, whereas reading is the lowest with a mere 2%.

As for the girls, screen games and netball are almost equal, and they together make almost the one-third of the total percentile. The rate for listening to music is the same as the rate for the boys, whilst the figure for gymnastics among girls is equal to the proportion of skateboarding among boys. The rest two are the only figures higher than 20%; dancing is the highest with 27% and reading is lower than dancing by 6%, albeit a lot bigger than the same indication for boys.

There is a debate over the topic of students’ time management. While it is widely claimed that full-time students ought to expend much time on their degree studies, I, however, have some arguments to take issue with this notion and think that getting engaged in other activities is also pivotal for a well-rounded college experience. I believe that the combination of both these two would highly likely be a far better option.
Some people think that the modern communication technology is having a negative effect on a social relationships.

Some people think that the modern communication technology is having a negative effect on a social relationships. To what extent do you agree or disagree? today's task 2 topic
It is becoming widely claimed that today’s cutting-edge technological advancements have detrimental impacts on the way people communicate on social media worsening societal ties. Although I firmly hold the view that impudence in public is gradually getting a common phenomenon, I still have some vice versa stance for this argument at some points. In lieu of solely blaming technology for the communal misbehavior, seeking for measures to be taken by humans to prevent misunderstandings would highly likely be much better.

In lieu of solely blaming technology for the problem under scrutiny, seeking for measures to be taken by humans to prevent misunderstandings would highly likely be much better.

There are several consequences in social connections bred by contemporary communication technology. First and foremost, the more proliferation of overreliance on digital communication there is, the fewer face-to-face interaction opportunities there would be which are indispensable while building strong connections. Moreover, it can result in unintentional pernicious situations as the text-based communication lacks the nuances of tone and body language, leading to misunderstandings that can strain relationships. A mere misinterpreted joke, for example, can result in unintentional pernicious situations when a message is sent without a smiling emoji and the receiver is not in mood and gets it wrong.

Technology is also harmful given that people may easily become accustomed to likes and validation gained on social media. Should there be seeking validation through likes, comments, or shares on social media, the lesser self-esteem may shift focus away from genuine interpersonal ties. Furthermore, being exposed to curated images and updates on social media can lead to feelings of inadequacy when people compare themselves with idealized online personas, and at the same time, constant connectivity to devices would highly likely mean that conversations and limited quality spent with loved ones get distracted.

Despite the arguments stated above, it should also be admitted that all these activities are actually done deliberately. That is, people themselves are opting for the option of socializing online neglecting the chemistry they have with their surroundings as never has technology forced them to do so. Instead, when witnessed such a hostile attitude towards themselves, people better have open conversations with those “rule breakers” for nothing can benefit to improve relationships as practically as open conversations are in charge of.

In conclusion, while some opine that current communication technology is affecting on connections people tend to appreciate however they are used, I am of the opinion that if managed properly, people stand a chance of keeping a balance between reality and virtuality in spite of deleterious impacts they possess.
