Last night, Russian Geran-2 drones once again attacked Kharkiv City. Interestingly, only 1-2 explosions were reported, suggesting a much smaller attack this time. Nevertheless, at least one impact was confirmed, with a fire breaking out at the impact site.
A fire broke out at what appears to be a two-story residential building - possibly with flats. Based on the complete destruction of the middle section of the building, and the fact that there is no fire in any of the surrounding areas, we can safely conclude that this was a direct impact and not from falling debris or a nearby impact.
All images above are of the same building.

In my opinion there are three options for what happened here:
1. Ukrainian anti-air gunners hit a Geran-2 drone, hitting its guidance system or its engine, causing it to go off target, crashing into this building. This has happened numerous times in the past and is a relatively common occurrence for small-caliber gunners. This is different to one being shot down and the debris falling on said building, as the payload can remain intact and still detonate upon impact.
2. There was a high-value target in this building, e.g. Ukrainian officers, manpower concentrations, command and control centre, etc. I personally find this unlikely as this appears to be a flatting building, which would be a very unusual choice for any of the aforementioned possibilities. While some may argue that an Iskander would be utilised for this, it wouldn't make sense as Iskanders are very destructive, especially for densely populated urban areas which are common for major cities like Kharkiv. While it would be more effective due the payload being more likely to damage or destroy any underground facilities compared to a Geran-2 drone, and the fact that the speed of Iskanders makes it difficult to get to shelter if you are the target, but nevertheless, these are hardly ever utilised on small buildings in densely populated areas.
3. This was an isolated war crime with the target being set by the operators to a residential building as revenge for Ukrainian attacks on Russia, or just to terrorise the local population. This is obviously very unlikely, but not impossible.

Further imagery of the Russian Geran-2 drone strike on Brovary, Kyiv Oblast, revealed the location of the strike: a car dealership (50.511080, 30.848186).
When I looked further into it, I discovered that their website link on google maps has been tampered with, so it redirects you to "Prom" - the largest online marketplace in Ukraine.
However, I managed to find the actual website for the dealership and found that it had a news section where they were consistently posting updates on the dealership and other related things, until March 2024 when it suddenly stopped. This could suggest that March-April 2024 was when it was occupied by the AFU, and transformed into something to help the war effort, as has been seen with many other buildings across Ukraine.

Russian forces continued to advance in the Yunakivka direction of Sumy Oblast, and completed the capture of the village of Basivka.
Russian forces advanced south from their positions in the northeastern part of the village and took up new positions in the centre. They then pushed east and captured the agricultural buildings on the eastern outskirts, while also advancing south to the southernmost houses, taking up positions there too.
This confirms that all of Basivka is now under Russian control, making it the second village in Sumy Oblast to be captured by the Russians.

According to my source from Slovyansk, three more brigades have joined the new tactical group in the Chasiv Yar direction (the one with the tactical sign with a square and three upwards facing arrows).
For safety reasons, won't disclose which brigades these are, but once the information becomes publicly available, I will update this post with the brigade numbers.

In the Lyman direction, Russian forces continued to advance and further expanded their bridgehead on the western bank of the Zherebets River.
Russian forces advanced west from positions in the forests on the edge of the tactical heights north of the village of Novolyubivka and down a treeline to the intersection of 3 other treelines. They branched off onto the other treelines to the north, west and south, taking up positions along them. New positions were also seized in the forest plantations further south in the low-lying ground.
Additionally, Russian forces gained a foothold in the eastern part of a forest plantation to the northwest, however their zone of control here may be greater.

In the Kostyantynivka direction, Russian forces continued their advance in the salient southwest of Toretsk, and captured further positions.
Russian forces advanced from the newly captured villages of Oleksandropil and Panteleimonivka, capturing treeline positions and establishing a buffer zone around the settlements. They then pushed further west towards the highway, and captured a large trench fortification, as well as adjacent treeline positions.
This advance puts any remaining Ukrainian formations to the south and southwest at a risk of being encircled and completely undermines Ukraine's defensive operations in this sector.

A Russian Iskander-M ballistic missile with a cluster munitions warhead struck a residential neighbourhood in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
The Russian Ministry of Defence released a statement claiming that they were targeting a meeting place with unit commanders and Western instructors. Interestingly, most Russian channels were silent about this, except for those citing the MoD directly. Usually, we see varying reports regarding what military target was hit, but this time... nothing.
I did some digging and found the place which was hit (47.96511, 33.44269). There is a restaurant about 45 metres away, but it appears to be intact. Ground zero is right outside a residential building next to a playground at the above coordinates. Iskander-M's have an accuracy of 5-7 metres from the target. This doesn't add up.
There are bodies of civilians lying all over the streets. These were not placed there. I have compared the initial footage of bodies with the images of the smoke first rising over the city (which were taken right after the impact), the lighting, sky and clouds, are all very similar. There wasn't enough time for any false flag operation to take place. These are real dead civilians killed by the missile strike.
Ukrainian authorities claim that 16 people were killed (including 6 children) and 61 others injured (including 16 children). I will not post any clear footage of the bodies for decencies sake, but you can find them yourself on telegram and twitter.
If this wasn't just a blatant war crime, then Russia somehow missed that restaurant by 45 metres and hit an open area, but we can't say anything for sure as there is obviously no confirmation of that restaurant being used for military purposes. Either way, using cluster munitions on a densely populated urban area is extremely incompetent and should never be done, even if there is a military target in the area.
