According to unconfirmed reports, about 25 military transport aircraft and aerial refuellers landed at Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv today.

In response to Russia's significantly intensified cross-border assault operations, Ukraine has redeployed elements of the 425th Assault Regiment "Skala" to the Krasnopillya direction of Sumy Oblast, likely either from the Pokrovs'ke direction or the Dobropillya direction.

In February 2026, 1-2 companies of the 253rd Assault Regiment "Arey" were redeployed for stabilising measures, however this task has become far too large for such a small force, especially since Russia has significantly expanded the width of their incursion zone.

Currently, forces of the 425th Assault Regiment "Skala" are counterattacking in the village of Taratutyne (which is entirely in the grey-zone), as well as in the forests north of the settlement. Their goal is to prevent the capture of the village by Russia and prevent Russian consolidation on the northern (right) flank.

Additionally, forces of the 253rd Assault Regiment "Arey" are carrying out smaller-scale counterattacks towards the forests south of Pokrovka.

The defence of this sector is largely being held by elements of the Ukrainian 105th, 116th, 119th, and 122nd Territorial Defence Brigades.

Russian forces have captured the village of Veterynarne, Derhachi direction, Kharkiv Oblast (Kharkiv District).

Pre-war population: ~589.
Total land area: ~0.80 km² .

The fighting for Veterynarne lasted approximately 2 months.

4 Tornado-S rockets were launched in total, from near the eastern outskirts of Belgorod City.

3 rockets impacted 2-3 separate targets in the Solonytsivka area (yellow square), while 1 other rocket impacted the Ruska Lozova area (green square).

New high-resolution satellite imagery shows that Russia has completed the construction of additional open-air storage facilities for Geran-2 drones at Shatalovo Airbase, Smolensk Oblast.

These areas are used to store drones during launches, which take place from four different static launch pads situated adjacent to the storage facilities, allowing for more rapid launches during large-scale combined attacks on Ukraine.

CBS News reports that Iran retains far more military capabilities than the US government has claimed.

According to them, citing US intelligence, Iran still retains around half of their ballistic missile and missile launcher stockpiles, as well as approximately 60% of the IRGC naval forces (primarily smaller, asymmetric boats) and two-thirds of their air force. They also reported that Iran's conventional navy (separate to the IRGC Navy) has been destroyed.

The status of Lebanon is weird.

Israel has significantly limited its strikes, and has entirely refrained from striking Beirut or the Beqaa, but still carries out occasional shelling and assassinations.

Hezbollah, while previously ignoring these ‘minor’ ceasefire violations, is now responding to these violations with attacks on Israeli forces in Lebanon.

An Israeli drone strike on the city of Beit Lahiya, Northern Gaza, has killed at least 5 Palestinians, including 3 children.

U.S. fighter jets are currently trying to shoot down drones over the city of Erbil, Iraqi Kurdistan. These drones were likely launched by Iranian-backed Iraqi militias.

At least 2 interceptions have taken place so far.

Edit: only one drone was launched. It was shot down around 60 km east of Erbil.

Explosion in Vilnyansk, Zaporizhzhia Oblast. Iskander-M ballistic missile strike. It seemingly impacted north of the city.

Russia likely plans to carry out a large-scale, combined missile and drone attack on Ukraine in the next 36 hours. It will involve Tu-95MS and Tu-160M strategic bombers, as well as other types of missiles.

I’m still clarifying some details, so I will make a full post on it later.
