A local from Slovyansk wrote to me, describing the situation with mobilisation in Slovyansk and Kramatorsk.
Currently, there are very strict measures in place for catching men for the AFU, 20+ year olds are the main target. These people are being caught/beaten/forced to sign a contract with the AFU.
They are forming full battalions of young 18β24-year-olds. While the commanders are older, there isn't much that they can teach them military-wise in the 3β4-week training period. Women are also being involved in these new battalions. In fact, last week in Kramatorsk, 2 local women (21 and 22 years old) were buried. They were stormtroopers fighting in the Chasiv Yar and Toretsk directions.
Additionally, in Kramatorsk, the AFU has a new tactical sign, a square and two arrows facing upwards (not three). This means that a new tactical group has been formed.
And to quote him directly "I feel very sorry for the young boys who finished school yesterday - they don't understand anything at all."

Ukrainian source on Russian KAB glide-bomb strikes:
"In the Pokrovsky direction, there remains high activity of enemy tactical aviation, for example, in a day in the area of ββresponsibility of only one brigade, about 10 KABs are recorded.
There is, of course, a certain error in the fact that not everything that falls from the sky is a CAB, because often guys confuse them with shells from MLRS or large-caliber guns, which simply destroy positions from a direct hit, but still, the activity of enemy aircraft continues to be high, hundreds of aircraft sorties are recorded per month."

There have been no confirmed changes on the frontline in Ukraine over the past 24 hours.
We might get some in the coming hours, but for now it's quiet.

Russia launched another Geran-2 drone attack on Odesa last night.
Lots of air defence activity was recorded, including multiple impacts. Locals reported two impacts in the Usatove suburb in the northern part of Odesa where there is a cement factory. Strong explosions and a fire were reported at a military unit in Khlebodarsky.
Explosions were also reported in other parts of the city, with reports of 4 other impacts, although some of these may have been mixed up with the ones in Usatove and/or the supposed military unit. Shortly afterwards, there were power outages in the suburbs.

Myanmar:
The Three Brotherhood Alliance (an alliance of the MNDAA, TNLA and AA rebel groups) has announced a one-month-long ceasefire between them and the State Administrative Council (SAC) due to the humanitarian effects of the magnitude 7.7 earthquake which struck Myanmar on March 28.
They advocated for domestic and international rescue teams currently engaged in emergency relief and search operations to "carry out their work with peace of mind". They stated that they "will not initiate offensive operations, except in cases of self-defence."
Despite this, the SAC did not agree with this ceasefire, and attacks continued in various parts of the country, with 4 airstrikes targeting the town of Intaw (Saigang region), and drones strikes targeting the village of La Myan in the Kachin region. The town of Mindat (Chin region) was also targeted with two 500-pound bombs, while further airstrikes targeted Kanpetlet village (Chin state) and Taung Hla and Gow Rakh villages (Shan state).

A fire broke out at an administrative building in Krasnopillya, Sumy Oblast after a Russian KAB glide-bomb attack. 13 KABs and at least 1 MLRS attack targeted the Krasnopillya area alone over the past 24 hours.
Russian KAB glide-bombs are increasingly being used in Sumy Oblast, especially in Krasnopillya and Yunakivka.
