Pokrovsk direction - Uspenivka:

Extremely heavy fighting continues for this village. It seems this is one of the few remaining places in the Pokrovsk direction which Russia is actively trying to seize.

Over the past couple of weeks, Russian forces from the 506th regiment, under the cover of extremely dense artillery fire and FPV drone strikes, have slowly been dislodging Ukrainian soldiers from their positions in the houses. Fighting is literally taking place for each individual house. Ukraine is responding in kind with their own artillery and FPV drone strikes.

Russian forces were once again able occupy most of the village. The northern and southern ends of the western street are in the grey zone, with Ukrainian soldiers holding out in 5 houses in the centre of the street. They are attempting to counterattack, although it is unknown if they have achieved any success.

The fighting for this village has now lasted for 71 days.

A Palestinian militant opened fire on Israeli civilians at the Tishbi junction near the town of Yokneam, northern Israel, around 20 minutes ago.

Preliminarily, 1 man in his 70's was pronounced dead at the scene, and a man in his 20's was injured.

The Palestinian was shot dead by Israeli Coastal Border Guard soldiers.

Israeli tanks are advancing towards the Al-Mawasi humanitarian area in southern Gaza. They are firing on buildings. Palestinian sources report that several people were injured, while Israeli sources report that multiple militants have been captured.

Israeli channels report a false alarm

IDF Spokesperson:

Following the alert that was activated at 11:55 on the Enrichment Road, this is a false identification.

Palestinian sources reported that 3 people were killed, including a child in Israeli artillery shelling that targeted a tent sheltering displaced people inside a school in the Nuseirat Refugee Camp in central Gaza.

The IDF announced that an Israeli soldier was seriously injured during the attack earlier, and was taken to a hospital.

Israeli media reports that multiple Israeli soldiers were wounded in the Gaza Strip. They have apparently been evacuated by a military helicopter to Soroka Hospital in Be'er Sheva, southern Israel.

A large explosion occurred in Sumy City. Likely a Russian Iskander-M ballistic missile strike.

Israeli tanks have entered Gaza City for the first time since October 2024.
