Ukrainian monitor channels estimate that at least 65 Shaheds were launched. This might be a record night.

The Tu-95s changed their course to the south and are heading for the Caspian region. They might not be launching in Saratov.

I step away for 5 minutes and so much happens...

There was a simulated Kinzhal launch, and 2 Tu-95s performed a launch maneuver. According to a Ukrainian aviation tracking channel, the Tu-95 launch maneuver may have also been simulated.

It is unknown what happened to the other 4 Tu-95s.

The MiG-31K is returning to its base. The 6 Tu-95s continue their movement south in the direction of the Caspian region.

More explosions in Kyiv. Shaheds turned back from Zhytomyr Oblast and struck Bucha/Iprin/Kyiv city.

Even after the Shaheds struck Kyiv, ~30 still remain airborne.

The first 2 Tu-95s reportedly entered the Caspian sea area. There will probably be launched soon.

There are no more drones over Kyiv Oblast. 5 more are heading there from Chernihiv though.

A new group of drones was launched from Kursk Oblast and is heading west through Sumy.

A reminder that later today I will make a map showing the approximate paths of the Russian Shahed drones for the day.

20 Shaheds remain in the airspace of Ukraine.

The bulk of these Shaheds are in Cherkasy and Kirovohrad Oblasts. They might still head north to Kyiv.
