Someone in the centre of Kyiv tells me that they heard 7 "loud booms" during the attacks.

Correction: there were 8 booms, in three groupings.

Ukrainian forces have recaptured the village of Pishchane, as well as some surrounding positions. Russian forces in Zvirove and Leontovychi are now at a significant risk of being encircled.

Ukrainian forces are also pushing near Vovkove, Lysivka, Kotlyne and Udachne, while Russian forces continue their usual attacks in Uspenivka.

Correction of the frontline in Kursk Oblast in favour of Ukraine:

During their counterattacks southeast of Sudzha, Ukrainian forces made further progress, capturing positions in the forests just 550 metres from the western outskirts of the village of Ulanok.

They also made progress at some point in Makhnovka, capturing the small industrial zone on the southern outskirts of the settlement.

In the Siversk direction, Russian forces continued to make progress, capturing most of the village of Bilohorivka.

They advanced from their foothold in the main residential area of the settlement, slowly clearing the ruins of houses, and reached the western outskirts. This is still one more street to the south that needs to be cleared before the village is fully captured.

Bilohorivka has been a major issue for Russia for over two and a half years, preventing them from reaching the key town of Siversk which holds up the entire Siversk salient.

Russian forces have advanced on the eastern flank of Pokrovsk, capturing the overpass along the Pokrovsk - Kostyantynivka highway.

After Ukrainian forces blew it up, and retreated from their positions there, Russian forces advanced from their positions to the south, entering the overpass and capturing those Ukrainian positions.

From there, Russia will be able to attack the eastern outskirts of Malynivka.

Ukrainian forces advanced in the Pokrovsk direction, capturing the village of Pishchane.

They advanced from positions in the Pishchane industrial zone, panning out into the residential areas, clearing the Russian positions in the village. They also went on to capture the forest plantation west of the village, and are now reportedly attacking towards Vovkove.

This threatens the encirclement of the Russian formations in and around Zvirove and Leontovychi.

There was also a correction of the frontline in Kotlyne, with Ukrainian forces confirmed to be in control of the entirety of the southern street of the village. A Russian mechanised assault on that street from the south was also repelled.

In western Donetsk Oblast, Russian forces managed to achieve important gains in the village of Uspenivka, breaking through to the western outskirts of the settlement.

Russian forces captured all three of the Ukrainian defensive nodes protecting Uspenivka, using each of them as a staging ground for future advances. After the middle defensive node was captured, Russian forces advanced southwest into the central street, taking a foothold in the houses there. They then pushed south, along with the forces on the eastern street, capturing most of the southern end of the village.

Once this was achieved, Russian forces began attacking west, capturing the southwestern houses, therefore pushing the northwestern houses into the grey zone. As a result of these new gains, the fall of Uspenivka is now imminent.
