However, there were reports of repeated launches of Gerans from Primorsko-Akhtarsk airbase in Krasnodar Krai and from Oryol airbase in Oryol Oblast.

This highlights how Russia is intending to extend the total flight time of these drones by launching new ones when the first wave is about to run out. This tires out air defence operators and demoralizes civilians.

Situation in Syria, north of Hama:

Both sides continue their offensive operations, with HTS making the most progress. Many of these towns north of Hama are very difficult to map due to them continuously changing hands as each side launches counterattacks. At one-point HTS was reportedly at the northern outskirts of Hama but were repelled by the SAA and then forced back to their original positions after a series of counterattacks.

Nevertheless, HTS was able to recapture the key towns of Maardes and Tayyibat al mam. Clashes are now ongoing south of these towns and north of the last line of defence before Hama, which coalesces around the key town of Qomhane.

In short, SNA fighters continued their advance, reaching the Euphrates River. SDF fighters are now with their backs against the river, encircled on three sides. SNA forces have begun advancing towards Manbij.

Beit Lahiya in Northern Gaza last night.

Gaza's civil defence described Beit Lahiya as "uninhabitable".

Reports from reliable sources suggest that Russian forces have likely made significant progress on the South Donetsk front. There was also geolocated footage which confirmed a small Russian advance in the same area.

Geolocated footage indicates that Russian infantry advanced in the direction of Upsenivka and have reached the primary Ukrainian stronghold defending the road leading into the remnants of the salient south of Kurakhove. Ukraine responded by shelling the advancing Russian soldiers with artillery. At the same time, reports emerged stating that Russian forces advanced to Kostiantynopolske, taking a foothold in the southeastern-most houses.

However, the main advance apparently occurred to the west, with Russian forces likely advancing for nearly 5km in the direction of Sukhi Yaly, establishing a foothold in the southern houses of the village. If true, this would also mean that the Russians were able to capture a number of treelines to the south, solidifying their presence north of Maksymivka.

Airstrikes were reported in Rafah, Deir al Balah, Gaza city, and the Bureij refugee camp.

Notably there was significantly more shelling in the eastern areas of Gaza city. Dense shelling of Beit Lahiya (northern Gaza) is kept up, while shelling of Jabalia (northern Gaza) has decreased. The coastal areas of the Al-Mawasi humanitarian zone in southern Gaza was also shelled at one point.

Russian forces have reportedly levelled out the frontline south of Myrnohrad, and are approaching the villages of Dachenske, Zelene and Vidrodzhennia, seizing new treeline positions and positions in the vicinity of the E50 highway.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Russian forces reportedly bypassed the village of Novopustynka from the north and established a bridgehead in a forest on the western bank of the Solonyi river (not to be confused with the nearby Solona river).

Russian forces have reportedly advanced in the Chasiv Yar refractory plant and reached the main building. Extremely fierce fighting is ongoing, with battles quite literally raging for every room. Russia is very slowly moving forwards and has apparently cleared the eastern buildings.

Launches of Geran-2 drones were recorded from Khalino airbase in Kursk oblast. The first of these drones are now in Sumy Oblast.
