Yunakivka ๐Ÿ‘€
Building on their previous successes over the last month, Ukrainian forces likely recaptured the town of Yunakivka in Sumy Oblast.

Currently I'm unable to confirm Ukrainian consolidation over the northern part, but the town centre is under Ukrainian control and the northern streets are at the very least a grey-zone.

It took Russia 15 months to capture Yunakivka following the end of Ukraine's Kursk operation. Ukraine re-entered the town a little under a month ago.

Approximate flight routes of the missiles used in tonight's Russian attack on Kyiv.

8 Rm-48U S-400 ballistic missiles were launched from Bryansk Oblast, including 4 launched from near Klintsy, and 4 launched from near Pochep.

They impacted the eastern suburbs of Kyiv, striking currently unknown targets. Some of the missiles missed their targets and fell in open areas, due to the low accuracy of modified S-400s.

Ukraine launched two interceptor missiles of an unknown type (not Patriot), but was unable to shoot down any of the 8 ballistic missiles used.

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡พโšก๏ธ โ€” The United States carried out a strike earlier today near Qara, along the Damascusโ€“Homs highway in Syria, killing Abu Abdul Rahman al-Libi, a commander of Hurras al-Din, a now-dissolved al-Qaeda affiliate.

The strike was carried out using an AGM-114R-9X Hellfire missile, possibly launched from an MQ-9A Reaper unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UCAV).

Gaza's Ministry of Interior announced that two Hamas security officers were killed and two others injured in a clash with wanted individuals in the city centre of Deir al-Balah, central Gaza Strip, yesterday.

Security personnel attempted to arrest a man, but were met with resistance after he, assisted with others, opened fire on the officers. Hamas has launched an investigation into the incident to identify and prosecute those responsible.

It is currently unknown if the wanted individuals were affiliated with any Israeli-backed armed group, but within the same statement, Hamas re-affirmed its commitment to confronting attempts by Israel and it's Palestinian proxy groups to destabilise the situation in the Gaza Strip.

One of the targets of last night's Russian missile attack on Kyiv was the CHP-5 Combined Heat and Power Plant.

5 Iskander-M ballistic missiles and 1 Rm-48U modified S-400 ballistic missile were used to target the facility. The blast wave damaged metro infrastructure and other parts of the neighbouring "South" Bridge, resulting in traffic across it being restricted.
