Two Palestinian fighters carried out a shooting attack near the West Bank city of Hebron, injuring five Israelis, including IDF soldiers. Two of the Israelis are in critical condition.

The exchange of fire lasted over 20 minutes, and ended with both Palestinians being killed by Israeli soldiers. Israeli media reports that the Palestinian fighters targeted an Israeli reservists' battalion, and may have used the weather conditions to approach unnoticed.

IDF Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir claims that the Palestinians were planning a much larger attack in the future. A large quantity of ammunition was reportedly found inside the vehicle used by the gunmen.

The entire city of Hebron was subsequently placed under lockdown by Israeli forces, while several surrounding villages and a highway were blocked off.

The IDF claims to have killed Ramadan Muhammad Ashahada Diab - the head of the Hamas-aligned Popular Resistance Committees' Khan Younis branch, in a recent targeted assassination strike on the southern Gaza Strip.

The Russian Ministry of Defence claims that two temporary deployment points used by Ukrainian drone-boat operators at Vylkove Port, as well as a drone-boat dock, drone-boat storage facilities, and related port infrastructure were targeted.

Russia has begun using an improved modified Geran-5 jet-drone to attack Ukraine, known as the "Geran-5 K5-K".

This modification adds an optical navigation system, and increases the drone's range, speed, and flight altitude.

Following Trump's claim that Starlink and Starshield restrictions had been removed for Ukraine, former Adviser to the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence Serhii Sternenko reports that some speed restrictions still remain "in certain cases".

The Russian Ministry of Defence also reports that the target of overnight Geran-4 jet-drone strikes on Poltava City was the Poltava railway depot, which they claim is used by Ukraine to store and repair military equipment.

Ukrainian channels report that another prisoner of war exchange is expected to take place between Russia and Ukraine in the coming days.

The Saraya al-Quds Brigades claims that the local Palestinian armed group "Jenin Brigade" carried out two attacks in the northern West Bank over the last few days.

They reportedly targeted IDF vehicles raiding the town of Silat al-Harithiya using IEDs, and a bus transporting Israeli settlers with gunfire. Neither attack has been corroborated by Israeli media.

New emergency power outages have been implemented across Kyiv City and Kyiv Oblast due to a series of overnight Russian strikes on energy infrastructure in the region.

Ukrainian power company DTEK reports that one of its power plants has suffered significant damage due to heavy Russian attacks, forcing it to cease of power generation.

They are likely referring to the Prydniprovska Thermal Power Plant in Dnipro, which has been attacked almost every day by Geran-2/4 drones and S8000 Banderol cruise missiles this week.

Almost all of Zhytomyr Oblast is currently without power due to overnight Russian Geran-4/5 jet-drone strikes on multiple different energy facilities in the region, including 750,000 residents across more than 900 different settlements across Zhytomyr Oblast.
