At least 10 explosions were heard in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, from Kalibr and ballistic strikes.

Another 10+ explosions were also heard in Zaporizhzhia City.

Information is from my sources in those cities, so I am yet to clarify with open sources.

President Trump has signed an executive order to waive key Russian Sanctions and Tariffs from the Lindsay Graham Act due to "national interest".

Tariffs of 100% on all goods from the largest 5 importers of Russian oil and gas or countries which helped Russia evade sanctions are paused until "further action is appropriate".

~6 Kalibr cruise missiles launched from Novorossiysk Naval Base, Krasnodar Krai.

~2 Kh-22/32 supersonic cruise missiles launched from a Tu-22m3 strategic bomber from its launch lines near Sevastopol, Crimea.

~1 Kh-59/69 cruise missile launched from a Su-34 at its launch lines over Russian-controlled Kherson Oblast.

~27 missiles in total.

As of the time of writing, I am unable to confirm any interceptions. This does not necessarily mean there were no interceptions, as its possible some of the subsonic cruise missiles were shot down.

- The Zaporizhstal Metallurgical Plant

- The "Zaporozhtransformator" power oil transformer plant.

- An unknown target in northern Kherson Oblast.

Keep in mind, the numbers of missiles launched may be slightly higher than what I've listed, as the number of missiles detected is sometimes lower than actual launches.

A large fire broke out at an enterprise in Rivne City, western Ukraine, following an overnight Russian Geran-4/5 jet-drone attack.

The city of Slovyansk, Donetsk Oblast, is under attack from Russian KAB glide-bombs.

Claims by the Russian MoD regarding the capture of Dobropillya are obviously false, but the situation is continuing to deteriorate for Ukraine. Something needs to be done very soon if Ukraine intends on holding the city over the winter.

The Russian command is intent on capturing Dobropillya before winter sets in, and is taking advantage of the recent fog to carry out large attacks using buggies and motorcycles. Areas surrounding the city are being literally flooded by Russian infantry, and new reinforcements are constantly arriving.
