Deepstate Lyman OPSEC release part 4.

These advances shown primarily occurred during July and August.

There's probably still at least another 3 more updates to come. Next will probably be the Novolyubivka-Ivanivka area, and then likely the forests east of Lyman.

Again, most of this happened in July and August. From Zelena Dolnya, Ukrainian forces are currently operating around 10 km further east, along the Zherebets River.

Ukrainian authorities have announced that, starting November 1, a new 19-hour curfew lasting from 4pm to 11am will be implemented in all of Ukrainian-controlled Donetsk Oblast, except for the Oleksandrivka and Cherkaske Communities, due to the deteriorating security situation.

Civilians will not be allowed to leave their homes during this period, meaning that its likely most of the last remaining businesses in the region will close. The curfew will remain in place indefinitely.

The Oleksandrivka and Cherkaske Communities, which lie west of Slovyansk and Kramatorsk near the border with Kharkiv Oblast, will not be included in this curfew due to their longer distance from the frontline and the smaller number of Russian attacks.

The Ukrainian 7th Rapid Response Corps of the Air Assault Forces reports that Starlink disruptions are occurring in the Hulyaipole/Orikhiv direction, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, this morning.

The so-called Starshield package, which conducts data transferring for drone flights, has received limitations on speeds of 110-120+ km/h, where the connection can be lost for 10-20 seconds making it difficult to control the drones. Additionally, the launch of high-speed mid-range drones has become almost impossible.

Already, since this morning, some missions of the 7th Corps have had to be cancelled due to these Starlink restrictions and communications problems.

Ukrainian channel DroneBomber reports that Starlink disruptions, including connectivity issues with drones at speeds of 60-70 km/h, are now being recorded in all frontline sectors.

Previously, these issues were only affecting mid-to-long-range drone strikes. Now it seems to be affecting short-range FPV units as well.

The Financial Times, citing military personnel and senior Ukrainian officials, reports that the new Starlink restrictions have caught the Ukrainian military "off guard".

They report that frontline logistics and mid-range strike campaigns are "badly limited", and that this came with "no warning, just in the middle of the night".

Ukrainska Pravda reports that an "unknown assailant" opened fire with an automatic weapon in Kharkiv Oblast, killing five Ukrainian soldiers.

According to my information, the attack was likely carried out by an escaped Russian POW, who is now on the run in the area of the village of Kutuzivka. I was told this around an hour ago by a source on the ground. The five killed personnel were from the 72nd Mechanised Brigade. One other soldier belonging to a marine battalion was also injured.

The escapee was described as being dressed in civilian clothing with a backpack, carrying an assault rifle.

Ukrainian presidential advisor on the development of defence technologies Serhii "Flash" indicates that the Starlink disruptions are now also affecting interceptor drone activities, which are used to shoot down Russian Geran-2 drones and Geran-4/5 jet-drones.
