The Russian Ministry of Defence issued a statement regarding their overnight combined missile and drone attack on Ukraine.

In Kyiv City, they claim that a data centre belonging to the "ATM Ukrsibbank" Company was hit, which they allege was used to exchange internet traffic for the purpose of collecting intelligence on the Russian military. They also announced targeting the CHP-4 and CHP-5 Combined Heat and Power Plants, which they say are used to supply electricity to military facilities and production sites.

In Kyiv Oblast, the MoD announced targeting the CHP-6 Combined Heat and Power Plant, the Trypillya Thermal Power Plant, and the "Kyivska" 750 kV electrical substation, which they say are used to supply electricity to military facilities and storage sites, and transfer power from western regions of Ukraine to Kyiv.

In Kharkiv Oblast, the MoD announced targeting the TEC-5 Power Plant near Kharkiv, and the Zmiivska Thermal Power Plant in Slobozhanske, which they claim are used to supply electricity to Ukrainian military facilities and production sites throughout the region.

Ukrainian presidential advisor on the development of defence technologies Serhii "Flash" reports that SpaceX implemented speed limits for Starlink terminals overnight.

He states that the restriction is set to 100 miles per hour (161 km/h), and that the Ukrainian military was not notified of this restriction beforehand, resulting in the disruption of several drone missions. He claims that this action was politically motivated due to ongoing events regarding the U.S., and was not coincidental.

Earlier, Serhii Sternenko, who was an Adviser to the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence, accused the Trump administration of likely instructing SpaceX to cut off Starlink access to Ukraine.

Deepstate Lyman OPSEC release part 4.

These advances shown primarily occurred during July and August.

There's probably still at least another 3 more updates to come. Next will probably be the Novolyubivka-Ivanivka area, and then likely the forests east of Lyman.

Ukrainian authorities have announced that, starting November 1, a new 19-hour curfew lasting from 4pm to 11am will be implemented in all of Ukrainian-controlled Donetsk Oblast, except for the Oleksandrivka and Cherkaske Communities, due to the deteriorating security situation.

Civilians will not be allowed to leave their homes during this period, meaning that its likely most of the last remaining businesses in the region will close. The curfew will remain in place indefinitely.

The Oleksandrivka and Cherkaske Communities, which lie west of Slovyansk and Kramatorsk near the border with Kharkiv Oblast, will not be included in this curfew due to their longer distance from the frontline and the smaller number of Russian attacks.
