New satellite imagery reveals that in just the last 40 days, Russia has constructed a second Geran drone launch point near the city of Millerovo, Rostov Oblast.
This site will likely primarily be used to launch Geran-4 and Geran-5 jet-drones. The other launch site at the nearby Millerovo Airbase is used to launch Geran-2 drones.
During the last 40 days of construction, 8 locations for launch platforms have been prepared, while another 32 preparation points have been completed. In recent days, drones have already been seen unloaded, meaning the first phase of its construction is likely almost complete.

Important update on last night's large-scale Russian missile attack on Ukraine:
Most of the Iskander-M ballistic missiles used on Kyiv that I reported were actually Zircon hypersonic cruise missiles. In fact, a total of 24 Zircons were used in this attack - a new record.
The majority of the Zircon launches occurred from Bryansk Oblast, which has never happened before, meaning Russia has begun deploying Bastion-P complexes to the region for more regular attacks on Kyiv.
In total, using this corrected information, the following was launched:
~24 Zircon hypersonic cruise missiles
~7 Iskander-M ballistic missiles
~6 Oniks-M supersonic cruise missiles
~3 RM-48U modified S-400 ballistic missiles
~40 missiles in total, around 36 of which targeted Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast.

In Kyiv Oblast, the MoD announced targeting the CHP-6 Combined Heat and Power Plant, the Trypillya Thermal Power Plant, and the "Kyivska" 750 kV electrical substation, which they say are used to supply electricity to military facilities and storage sites, and transfer power from western regions of Ukraine to Kyiv.
In Kharkiv Oblast, the MoD announced targeting the TEC-5 Power Plant near Kharkiv, and the Zmiivska Thermal Power Plant in Slobozhanske, which they claim are used to supply electricity to Ukrainian military facilities and production sites throughout the region.

Ukrainian presidential advisor on the development of defence technologies Serhii "Flash" reports that SpaceX implemented speed limits for Starlink terminals overnight.
He states that the restriction is set to 100 miles per hour (161 km/h), and that the Ukrainian military was not notified of this restriction beforehand, resulting in the disruption of several drone missions. He claims that this action was politically motivated due to ongoing events regarding the U.S., and was not coincidental.
Earlier, Serhii Sternenko, who was an Adviser to the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence, accused the Trump administration of likely instructing SpaceX to cut off Starlink access to Ukraine.
