Footage showing the moment the power went out in the eastern suburbs of Kyiv following several Russian ballistic missile strikes on the CHP-4 Combined Heat and Power Plant.

Serhii Sternenko, who is an Adviser to the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence, has accused the Trump administration of likely instructing SpaceX to cut off Starlink access to Ukraine.

He claims that overnight, drones flying at speed exceeding 160 km/h, lost their connection, disrupting several "important missions", but that ordinary satellite communication terminals are still working.

Ukrainian channel Exilenova+ also reports that there were disruptions with Starlink's operations on the frontline last night.

For the last few hours, western Ukraine has been under attack from Russian Geran-4/5 jet-drones.

Explosions have been heard in/near the cities of Rivne, Starokostyantyniv (Khmelnytskyi Oblast), Boyarka (Kyiv Oblast), and Krasyliv (Khmelnytskyi Oblast).

Important update on last night's large-scale Russian missile attack on Ukraine:

Most of the Iskander-M ballistic missiles used on Kyiv that I reported were actually Zircon hypersonic cruise missiles. In fact, a total of 24 Zircons were used in this attack - a new record.

The majority of the Zircon launches occurred from Bryansk Oblast, which has never happened before, meaning Russia has begun deploying Bastion-P complexes to the region for more regular attacks on Kyiv.

In total, using this corrected information, the following was launched:

~24 Zircon hypersonic cruise missiles
~7 Iskander-M ballistic missiles
~6 Oniks-M supersonic cruise missiles
~3 RM-48U modified S-400 ballistic missiles

~40 missiles in total, around 36 of which targeted Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast.

Zelensky reports that at least 600,000 people are without power due to Russia's large-scale combined missile and drone attack on Ukrainian energy infrastructure.

Zelensky reports that 26 different energy facilities were hit and damaged last night, resulting in significant damage to the power grid. He also reports that four oil and gas facilities were struck.

The Russian Ministry of Defence issued a statement regarding their overnight combined missile and drone attack on Ukraine.

In Kyiv City, they claim that a data centre belonging to the "ATM Ukrsibbank" Company was hit, which they allege was used to exchange internet traffic for the purpose of collecting intelligence on the Russian military. They also announced targeting the CHP-4 and CHP-5 Combined Heat and Power Plants, which they say are used to supply electricity to military facilities and production sites.

In Kyiv Oblast, the MoD announced targeting the CHP-6 Combined Heat and Power Plant, the Trypillya Thermal Power Plant, and the "Kyivska" 750 kV electrical substation, which they say are used to supply electricity to military facilities and storage sites, and transfer power from western regions of Ukraine to Kyiv.

In Kharkiv Oblast, the MoD announced targeting the TEC-5 Power Plant near Kharkiv, and the Zmiivska Thermal Power Plant in Slobozhanske, which they claim are used to supply electricity to Ukrainian military facilities and production sites throughout the region.

The head of Ukrzaliznytsia announced that railway facilities in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, and Ternopil Oblasts were struck in Russia's overnight large-scale missile and drone attack on Ukraine, resulting in significant material losses and train disruptions.
