Two Russian Geran-5 jet-drones struck support beams at the "South" Bridge in Kyiv today, prompting local authorities to suspend traffic.
Public transport has since been resumed, although the metro which also uses this bridge remains halted. No critical damage to the bridge was found, and no injuries occurred.
In my opinion, Russia is not trying to collapse the bridge (that would be practically impossible with drones), but instead is trying to force Ukrainian authorities to halt traffic and potentially even close the bridge if it becomes too dangerous.

A Russian Geran-5 jet-drone struck the "DTEK Pavlogradugol" Data Processing Centre in the city of Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, resulting in a large fire breaking out.
This attack is part of a wider Russian campaign against Ukrainian data centres, which the Russian Ministry of Defences alleges are used for military and intelligence purposes.

Amid continuous Russian strikes on Kyiv, Odesa, and the eastern half of Ukraine, individual Russian Geran-4/5 jet-drones continue to fly to the western regions of Ukraine.
This afternoon, the town of Kostopil was attacked by a Geran-5 jet-drone. Repeated explosions were also heard a few hours ago.
Explosions have also been heard in other areas, including Volyn Oblast, and parts of Kyiv Oblast such as Boryspil and Fastiv.

Earlier today, several Russian Geran-4 jet-drones struck the 750 kV electrical substation near the village of Nalyvaikivka, Kyiv Oblast.
This substation connects the Rivne Nuclear Power Plant with Kyiv, and is the largest substation in Kyiv Oblast. It has not been targeted since February 2026, during Russia's previous winter energy infrastructure strike campaign.

Oleshky direction, Kherson Oblast:
Russian sources report that Ukraine has begun deploying reinforcements to their bridgehead over the Dnieper River in the village of Dachi, using the destroyed Antonovskiy Bridge, and working to further consolidate in the area of the bridge entrance and adjacent residential ruins. This bridgehead has been maintained for over 3 years, since June 25, 2023.
There are also reports of new Ukrainian drone operators being deployed to coastal areas in the town of Antonivka, just east of Kherson City, who are working to increase pressure on Russian logistics in and out of Oleshky. This area of Antonivka has long been largely devoid of civilians, and provides optimal cover for drone operator positions to be set up.
The main forward Russian positions are currently located in the forested areas on the islands just north of Oleshky (46.64763, 32.71897), across the Konka River, around 1.2 km from the main forward Ukrainian positions at the destroyed hotel (46.66135, 32.72017). A large grey-zone remains across most of these islands, between the two respective bridgeheads, where sporadic clashes continue to occur.
