The smoky streets of Kyiv this morning after yet another night of Russian Geran-4 jet-drone strikes.

Zelensky claims that, for the first time, Ukraine used their domestically-produced FP-7 "Pelican" ballistic missile in combat on an unspecified target (not in Moscow Oblast, as it is not within range).

Other munitions reportedly used by Ukraine in their massive overnight combined attack (Moscow Oblast and other regions) included FP-1, RZ-100 "Morok" drones, Lyutyi, and MICH-2000 long-range drones; Vendetta and Sych mid-range drones launched by a larger mother drone; as well as Palyanytsia and Bars jet-drones.

A Palestinian opened fire in the Israeli West Bank settlement of Neveh Tzuf just now, and reportedly escaped. Multiple people were critically injured.

IDF soldiers have been dispatched to the scene.

The shooting targeted a group of Israelis swimming at a spring. One 30-year-old man is unconscious at the scene.

The perpetrator fled the scene in his vehicle. He did not get out of the vehicle to open fire.

The first IDF soldiers have arrived on scene in Neveh Tzuf and will likely begin searches for the perpetrator shortly.

The IDF is in pursuit of the vehicle and have set up multiple roadblocks in the area.

All checkpoints surrounding the West Bank city of Ramallah are now being closed by the IDF. It's likely that the perpetrator fled back into the city.

The injured Israeli man has been pronounced dead at the scene.

An Israeli helicopter is taking part in the pursuit near Ramallah.

The towns surrounding Ramallah city are now also being blocked off by the IDF.

Israeli channel 14 reports that medics managed to restore the man's pulse. They also report that elements of the elite Duvdevan counter-insurgency unit have been deployed to search for the perpetrator.

The IDF claims the Palestinian who fired on a group of Israeli settlers in the West Bank settlement of Neve Tzuf was arrested.

He was reportedly injured by gunfire from an Israeli soldier who was operating nearby at the time of the shooting, but tried to escape to a nearby hospital on foot, where he was subsequently apprehended.

There is an increased ballistic missile threat to Kyiv tonight (not the current ongoing night) and the night after.
