The IDF confirms that the alerts activated in northern Israel were from a drone incursion. They stated that the results of interception attempts are "under review". No injures were reported.
The IDF has now changed their assessment of the events in northern Israel, now claiming that the interceptor missiles were launched towards a "false target" rather than a Hezbollah drone.

The IDF claims that recent targeted assassination strikes on the Gaza Strip killed a commander in the military security department of Hamas' Gaza City Brigade, along with another militant, who they allege were "advancing terror attacks against IDF troops and Israeli civilians" and were trying to rehabilitate Hamas' military capabilities.

Some additional information and clarifications regarding the fighting which took place last night between members of the SBU and GUR.
Earlier this week, two soldiers from the Russian Volunteer Corps (RDK) were kidnapped in the courtyard of their home in Kyiv, including deputy commander of the RDK Stepan Kaplunov. The RDK is subordinated to the GUR, and it seems likely that the SBU was responsible for the kidnapping.
Last night, the GUR was dispatched to a high-rise building at 10 Yuriya Shums'koho Street in the Berezniaky District of Kyiv to investigate the SBU about accusations of them kidnapping Kaplunov and another member of the RDK. A fight then broke out, prompting the SBU's Alpha unit (special counter-terror unit) to arrive, which then resulted in the shooting starting. The standoff continued until past 10am the next morning.
Following the clashes, investigators from the State Bureau of Investigation arrived at the scene to de-escalate the situation. At least three GUR members were injured in the fighting. No deaths were reported. During the preliminary investigation, it was established that the detainees were indeed from the RDK, with their weapons and documents having been confiscated by the kidnappers at the time. Kaplunov has since been released, however his lawyer stated that his whereabouts are currently unknown.
The widely-circulating claim by the SBU about it foiling a "Russian FSB terror plot" to attack a leader of a Russian opposition movement seems to be unfounded. RBC Ukraine backs this up, quoting Kaplunov's lawyer stating that the SBU is trying to cover up the kidnapping, and present this Russia-oriented version of events to the public.
(NOTE: This is based entirely on information from my own sources and reports by Ukrainian media outlets).

The Economist reports that Russia has significantly ramped up its production rate of ballistic missiles, and is now producing approximately 100 units per month, including Iskander-Ms and RM-48U modified S-400s.
Last month, Ukrainian intelligence estimated that Russia produced 65 Iskander-M ballistic missiles in July. If the Ukrainian intelligence and Economist figures are both correct, it would indicate Russia is producing around 35 RM-48U modified S-400 ballistic missiles per month.
When taking into account the new Kn-23 ballistic missiles delivered to Russia by North Korea, Russia now has the capacity to launch weekly medium-sized attacks on Kyiv (~15 missiles per attack) without ever decreasing their total missiles in reserve, while still retaining 40 additional newly-produced missiles, as well as all of their Kn-23 ballistic missiles for attacks on different targets.
For reference, in 2022, it was estimated by Ukrainian intelligence that Russia produced just 3 Iskander-Ms per month. They also did not have any RM-48U modified S-400 or Kn-23 ballistic missiles at this time.
