It seems that the clashes are taking place between an Israeli-backed Palestinian militia (likely the Shujaiyya Popular Defence Forces) and Hamas.

Militants were seen attacking the Hamas position on motorcycles. The attacks were coordinated beforehand with the IDF, who provided heavy aerial cover and drone surveillance during the fighting.

Israeli artillery shelling and airstrikes also covered the withdrawal of the armed group following the ambush, although according to unconfirmed reports, two of the militants were injured by Hamas gunfire.

Another large-scale, combined Russian missile and drone attack on Ukraine is expected towards the end of the week, this time involving strategic bombers.

5 Russian Tu-95MS strategic bombers are equipped with Kh-101 cruise missiles at Ukrainka Airbase in the Far East, and 2 Tu-160M strategic bombers are in the process of being equipped with Kh-101s right now. This would give them an estimated total salvo of 30-40 Kh-101 cruise missiles.

Additionally, up to 20 Iskander-M ballistic missiles and Zircon hypersonic cruise missiles could be launched (perhaps even more) during this attack, assuming they arenโ€™t being allocated for a separate attack next week not involving strategic aviation. 8-16 Kalibr cruise missiles could also be launched from the Black Sea Fleet, along with Kh-59/69 cruise missiles from Su-34/57 aircraft.

Assuming there are no additional large-scale training missions involving strategic bombers in the far east, the attack will likely take place on either Saturday or Sunday between 12am and 6am.

The highest threat is to Kyiv City and Kyiv Oblast, although the western regions of Ukraine also being hit is not ruled out.

I'll get to reporting/summarising the situation in the Middle East soon.

Just had a lot to do this morning, and obviously the Middle East isn't my focus for reporting.

In response to U.S. airstrikes, Tomahawk cruise missile strikes, drone strikes, and ATACMS strikes on various cities in southern Iran, including Chabahar, Bandar Abbas, Konarak, and Jask, the IRGC launched a wave of ballistic missiles and drones towards U.S. military infrastructure in Jordan, Bahrain, Iraqi Kurdistan, and Kuwait.

Approximately 15 ballistic missiles (possibly more) targeted U.S. bases in Jordan, including Camp Titin, Prince Hassan Airbase, and Muwaffaq Salti Airbase. Impacts occurred at Camp Titin and likely both other bases too. According to unconfirmed reports by the IRGC and other media, there were casualties among U.S. soldiers at Camp Titin who were med-evaced out, although Reuters, citing sources, refutes these claims.

The Jordanian Army claims that 10 out of 13 ballistic missiles were shot down (some of which were shot down over southern Syria), although it's likely that more than 13 missiles were launched. The IRGC has not yet commented on the strikes on Muwaffaq Salti Airbase or Prince Hassan Airbase.

The Iranian Army also claims that Arash-2 kamikaze drones targeted Sheikh Issa Airbase in Bahrain, although it's likely that they were all shot down outside Bahraini airspace.

Additionally, right now, Kuwait is under attack by Iranian missiles and drones, with reports of sirens and air defence activity. It's unclear what the target of these attacks are.

Other Iranian retaliatory attacks include Shahed-131/136 attacks on U.S. military infrastructure in Erbil, Iraqi Kurdistan, as well as anti-ship cruise missile launches towards U.S. Navy vessels off the coast of Oman.

CENTCOM and Iran need to take a leaf out of Ukraine and Russia's books when it comes to video editing and propaganda clips, because holy shit this shit is so bland to watch. Even Hamas and Hezbollah do better than this.

The earlier Iskander-M ballistic missile strike on Odesa was carried out using cluster munitions.

The strike targeted something in northern Odesa - possibly port infrastructure or one of the nearby oil depots.
