The Russian Ministry of Defence issued a statement regarding last night's combined missile and drone attack against port infrastructure in Odesa Oblast.

According to them, several missile strikes were carried out on Yuzhnyi Port, targeting five fuel tanks allegedly intended to be used by the Ukrainian military, 10 storage facilities at a logistics terminal reportedly containing military equipment, as well as other port infrastructure claimed to be used for unloading and storing military equipment. They also claimed to have struck an oil tanker docked at Yuzhnyi Port, delivering fuel to the Ukrainian military.

Additionally, the Russian MoD claims to have struck the "Ajalyk-330" 330 kV electrical substation in the village of Mishchanka, which supplies Yuzhnyi Port with power.

Overnight, Ukraine made two more unsuccessful attempts at attacking Russia with FP-5 "Flamingo" cruise missiles.

In both cases, all missiles were shot down by Russian air defences, over Donetsk and Rostov Oblasts. At least 8 missiles were used in total.

During an overnight Ukrainian drone attack, debris from a shot down Ukrainian drone fell on a children's centre in Krasnodar, killing two children and injuring at least seven others.

The governor of Krasnodar Krai confirmed that this was caused by falling debris, rather than a targeted strike.

Smoke is seen rising over the city of Slovyansk, Donetsk Oblast, following multiple Russian KAB glide-bomb strikes a few minutes ago.

Strong explosions were reported, and more KABs are flying in the same direction right now.

Keep in mind, this man is over 3 times my age, and has been actively attacking me for over 2 years.

Also, I would’ve thought David of all people would understand wars of attrition, like what we are seeing in Ukraine, considering he is actively stuck in a war of attrition with his chronic obesity.

There is a high threat of a large-scale Russian ballistic missile attack on Kyiv from August 25 onwards.

There will probably be no attack tonight.
