๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡ด๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บโšก๏ธ โ€” Romanian Naval Forces on Tuesday destroyed two unmanned aerial systems found drifting in the Black Sea near the Neptun Deep gas project, the Ministry of National Defense said.

The UAVs, identified as Russian-made Gerbera drones and possibly carrying explosives, were spotted around 08:00 in Romaniaโ€™s exclusive economic zone, about 90 nautical miles from Constanศ›a.

EOD divers destroyed the two drones in controlled detonations, while a separate drone wing was recovered after being deemed safe.

The Romanian Naval Component Command contacted Ukraine, which confirmed that the aircraft did not belong to Ukrainian forces.
