A large fire is burning at the "Risoil" Grain Terminal in the city of Chornomorsk, Odesa Oblast, as a result of Russian cruise missile/drone attacks.

The Ukrainian Ministry of Energy reports that as a result of overnight Russian attacks, power outages occurred in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, and Kharkiv Oblasts.
