Overnight, Ukrainian drones attacked 28 more Russian vessels in the Sea of Azov, including 21 oil tankers, 3 tugboats, 2 cargo ships, and 1 special-purpose vessel.

Update on last night's missile attacks on Kyiv:

8 modified S-400 ground-to-ground missiles were launched from 2 launchers in Bryansk Oblast towards Kyiv, not 6 like the Ukrainian Air Force claimed.

4 targeted the "AB TECHNOLOGIES" industrial equipment factory (50.432642, 30.625185), while the other 4 targeted PJSC "House-Building Plant No. 3" (50.41417, 30.42745).

One of the missiles targeting the "AB TECHNOLOGIES" industrial equipment factory missed, landing in the middle of the highway. This is because modified S-400 missiles have a high circular error probable (CEP), meaning they frequently miss their targets.

As a I mentioned earlier, none of the missiles were shot down as Ukraine has completely run out of Patriot interceptors for defending Kyiv. Additionally, the usage of modified S-400 missiles rather than Iskander-M may explain why sirens didn't sound until after the missiles impacted.

Reuters reports that Russia has halted the reception of grain at the ports of Azov, Rostov-on-Don, and Taganrog, due to the threat of Ukrainian drone strikes on ships.

Rosmorrechflot (the Russian Maritime Register) has also reportedly suspended all movement through the Sea of Azov-Don Canal.

Like, yes, I get it, you need some confirmation bias from one person. Continue to consume that if that's what you need to keep yourself comfy and happy, but I don't need to see it hundreds of times under every single post I make about air defence. It's been nearly 6 months of this and its getting ridiculous.

Russian operator controlled Geran-2/4 drones struck two Ukrainian fuel depots in the town of Hubynykha, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, and in Zaporizhzhia City.

A Russian Geran-2/4 drone struck a cargo ship at the Yuzhnyi Port in Odesa Oblast.

The Russian Ministry of Defence issued a statement claiming that this ship was carrying military equipment for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

They also stated that additional strikes were carried out on ports in Odesa Oblast.

Let me make this clear, because this has always been a point of debate:

From my observations, the interception rate of Iskander-M ballistic missiles when they are targeting Kyiv is around 30%. If you include regions where there are no Patriot systems, then the number will be much lower.

Additionally, I have been able to confirm a total of 5 Zircon interceptions and 2 Kinzhal interceptions so far during the war. I'm fairly confident about the figures on Zircons, but I expect the number for Kinzhals is a bit higher. Either way, for these two missiles, interceptions are incredible low, and are usually based on luck with where the Patriot systems are stationed (the closer to the missile terminal trajectory, the higher chance of interception).
