Apparently they are flying to the launch lines in Engels, Volgograd, or the Caspian Sea, rather than in Vologda Oblast.

This seems to be the work of Russian electronic warfare, rather than Iskanders. It could also be S-400 decoys.

The explosions were from Geran-2 drones and air defence activity

Some channels are writing that Ukrainian drones attacked the Iskander-M launchers as they were about to launch missiles.

Drone alerts were issued for approximately the area where the Iskanders are launched from.

Russian Geran-2 drones are attacking targets in Kharkiv City, Bohodukhiv (Kharkiv Oblast), and Putvyl (Sumy Oblast).

3 Tu-160M strategic bombers carried out launch maneuvers of Kh-101 cruise missiles, likely from Vologda Oblast.

We will know if these launches were real or simulated in the next 90 minutes.

Up to 7 Tu-95MS strategic bombers will likely carry out launch maneuvers of Kh-101 cruise missiles in the next 30 minutes.

As of now, communications are being recorded on 3 different combat-related strategic frequencies: 4330 CW kHz, 4632 CW kHz, and 4638 CW kHz.
