Possible interception. Checking.
Nope. It impacted, but not at the refinery. Also, this was a Zircon hypersonic cruise missile, not an Iskander-M ballistic missile.

Israel and Lebanon have signed a framework agreement with the U.S. in Washington following earlier negotiations, however Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that a lot of work remains.
Netanyahu said that Israel will not withdraw from areas of southern Lebanon south of the Yellow Line until Hezbollah is disarmed, and will retain full military freedom of action within the so-called security zone. He called the deal with Lebanon "a major achievement" and a "major blow to Iran".
Two pilot areas selected by the IDF will be used to transfer parts of southern Lebanon back to Lebanese Army control, including one north of the Litani River and one south of the river, while Israel will remain in border areas of Lebanon to prevent Hezbollah's ATGMs from reaching border settlements of Israel. Netanyahu expressed that Israel's security is being prioritised over anything else, and reiterated their policy of ensuring Iran, Hezbollah, and other affiliated groups will play no role in Lebanese affairs.
The Lebanese ambassador supported the new agreement, stating that the newly signed deal is a first step to restoring Lebanon's sovereignty.

In Slovyansk and Kramatorsk, railway tracks have begun being dismantled as all remaining important equipment is being transferred out of the city.
This is apparently related to the beginning of defensive fortifications being set up within the two stronghold cities, as Russian forces creep closer.
