According to Ukrainian sources, the North Korean Hwasongpho-11Ga (Hwasong-11A) tactical ballistic missile, commonly known as the KN-23, has reportedly achieved a Circular Error Probable (CEP) of 1–5 meters. If accurate, this would indicate that the missile has matured into a highly maneuverable, reliable, and precise weapon system, combining improved production quality and substantially lower failure rates with exceptional strike accuracy.
