Russia carried out a large-scale Geran-2 drone attack on energy infrastructure in Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast this morning.
Strikes were carried out on the "Nadvirna-195" 110 kV electrical substation, the "Snyatyn" 110 kV substation, as well as targets in Ivano-Frankivsk City, the city of Burshtyn and the village of Polyanytsya.
As a result, more than 11,000 people were left without power.

During overnight raids on a settlement near the West Bank city of Nablus, the IDF located two weapons production facilities, arresting the owner of one of the properties.
Presumably, these were owned and operated by militants of the local armed group "Nablus Battalion" (affiliated with the Palestinian Islamic Jihad).
The Nablus Battalion has been trying (and so far failing) to resurge in the city for the last several months following IDF operations in 2023, 2024, and 2025 that crippled their personnel and capacity to carry out guerrilla attacks on Israeli forces.

The claim of full Russian control over Luhansk Oblast by the Russian Ministry of Defence is false. This was claimed by the LPR head back in July 2025 too, which was also false.
After taking Bilohorivka and the Serebryanskyi Forest in 2025, Russia controls almost all of the region, but Ukraine remains entrenched in some heavily fortified positions around Hrekivka, Nadiya, and Novojehorivka.

In the Daraa governorate, new armed groups in towns such as Ankhal and Zakia, as well as Bedouin tribal forces, have announced their mobilisation with the intention of launching an insurgency against the Zionist occupation of Syrian lands. The representative of the Ministry of Defence, Nimr, has supported these mobilisations, which are already taking place in Daraa and Quneitra, whilst the STG is mobilising to prevent the situation from spiralling out of control.
Although Daraa and Quneitra are de jure under the control of the Syrian Transitional Government, the reality is quite different, as the governorate has traditionally been under the control of independent armed groups.
