3 substations were hit, including:

- "Oleksiivka" 110 kV substation (46.112006, 30.063204) in the village of Oleksiivka.

- "Etalon" 110 kV substation (45.354299, 28.803836) in the city of Izmail.

- "Mykhailivka" 110 kV substation (45.935997, 29.694842) in the village of Mykhailivka.

Power outages occurred in several areas as a result.

Additionally, drones attacked the Izmail Repair and Technical Equipment Plant in the city of Izmail (45.3697517, 28.814721), Izmail port warehouses (45.329433, 28.831084) and targets in the city of Vylkove.

Overnight, Russia attacked the locomotive depot in the city of Znamyanka, Kirovohrad Oblast, with multiple Geran-2 drones.

Damage was recorded to technical maintanance buildings and parked trains.

This morning, around 5 Russian Geran-2 drones attacked a locomotive depot in the city of Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

Russia is carrying out a morning Geran-2 drone attack on Dnipro city. Around 6 drones were involved, of which 4 impacted.

One of the drones was affected by Ukrainian electronic warfare, resulting in it deviating from its course and detonating against the water of the Dnipro River, as seen in the first video.

Russian Geran-2 drones struck a Ukrainian Armed Forces fuel storage facility in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, resulting in a large fire breaking out.

The Ust-Luga Port in Leningrad Oblast continues to burn 2 days after it was attacked by long-range Ukrainian UAVs, which used Estonian and Latvian airspace to get there.
