In the Dobropillya direction, Russian forces continued their assault operations and have made new progress in two different areas.
In the southwest, Russian forces cleared out Ukrainian forces from positions north of the road to Hryshyne, recapturing the second pig farm complex and the surrounding treelines. Assault operations continued in the forested areas east of Novooleksandrivka.
In the northeast, the Russians cleared the remaining treeline positions east of the railway and subsequently established full control over the rest of the railway line stretching from Rodynske to Dorozhnje
+ ~8.12 km² in favour of Russia.

3 substations were hit, including:
- "Oleksiivka" 110 kV substation (46.112006, 30.063204) in the village of Oleksiivka.
- "Etalon" 110 kV substation (45.354299, 28.803836) in the city of Izmail.
- "Mykhailivka" 110 kV substation (45.935997, 29.694842) in the village of Mykhailivka.
Power outages occurred in several areas as a result.
Additionally, drones attacked the Izmail Repair and Technical Equipment Plant in the city of Izmail (45.3697517, 28.814721), Izmail port warehouses (45.329433, 28.831084) and targets in the city of Vylkove.

Russia is carrying out a morning Geran-2 drone attack on Dnipro city. Around 6 drones were involved, of which 4 impacted.
One of the drones was affected by Ukrainian electronic warfare, resulting in it deviating from its course and detonating against the water of the Dnipro River, as seen in the first video.
