This morning, a large scale attack was carried out by tribal fighters on the SMC (Druze) controlled town of Al-Majdal in southern Syria.

The attacks were launched from STG (government) controlled territory in the town of Al-Mazraa and supported by STG drone and artillery fire. After more than 9 hours of intense fighting, the attacks were ultimately repelled by the SMC, and the frontline remains unchanged.

The target of the Geran-2 drone strikes on Kyiv today was the "Veda" enterprise.

After the fall of Redkodub to Russia, Lyman direction seems to be an area of significant Ukrainian manpower shortage currently. Recently, Russian forces have taken Novoselovka, Dibrova, Redkodub, and advanced around Korovyy Yar, Syatogorsk, and Lyman city. Again, it seems the Russian goal is to anchor the front along the Severskyy Donets river before crossing it, coordinated with a frontal assault from Seversk to Slavyansk.

Apologies for not covering the large missile attack on Ukraine today. I've been busy with unrelated stuff, but I'll start working on a map summary and will post the consequences of the attack later as usual.

Last night, another large-scale, combined Russian missile and drone attack was carried out on Ukraine.

Missiles launched:

~8 Iskander-M ballistic missiles launched from OTRK installations northeast of Simferopol, Crimea.

~6 Iskander-M ballistic missiles launched from OTRK installations near Yeysk, Krasnodar Krai.

~4 Iskander-M ballistic missiles launched from OTRK installations northwest of Klintsy, Bryansk Oblast.

~3 Iskander-M ballistic missiles launched from OTRK installations in the vicinity of Belgorod City, Belgorod Oblast.

~21 Iskander-M ballistic missiles.

Ukrainian air defence work:

As of the time of writing, Ukrainian air defence is confirmed to have intercepted at least 2 Iskander-Ms over Kyiv.

The main targets for this strike was Ukrainian energy infrastructure. The following was targeted:

Trypillya Thermal Power Plant, Kyiv Oblast (50.13416, 30.74705) by ~1 Iskander-M.

Kryvyi Rih Thermal Power Plant, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast (47.5436, 33.66164) by ~8 Iskander-Ms.

"Zaporizka" 750 kV electrical substation, Zaporizhzhia Oblast (47.99956, 35.50957) by ~6 Iskander-Ms.

Kharkiv TEC-5 Combined Heat and Power Plant, Kharkiv Oblast (49.9707, 36.11154) by ~3 Iskander-Ms.

Unknown target in southern Kyiv City by ~1 Iskander-M.

Keep in mind, the numbers of missiles launched may be slightly higher than what I've listed, as the number of missiles detected is often lower than actual launches.

A large fire was seen burning in Kharkiv after the attack.

One of the explosions heard in Zelenodolsk, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, earlier tonight. .

Approximately 8 Iskander-M ballistic missiles and more than 20 Geran-2 drones struck the Thermal Power Plant there.

NASA FIRMS data shows large fires burning at the Kryvyi Rih Thermal Power Plant in Zelenodolsk, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, as a result of the earlier Iskander-M strikes.
