⚡️🇺🇦🇷🇺Mayor of Kyiv Klitschko reports that the combined Russian drone and missile attack on the national capital this evening damaged several residential buildings.

Buildings in the Darnytskyi, Dnipro, Podilskyi, Shevchenkivskyi, Holosiivskyi, Desnianskyi (which has also been cut off from heating infrastructure), Solomianskyi, and Sviatoshynskyi district were damaged by the strikes.

As of writing nine people have been injured, four of which have been hospitalized by the strikes.

Earlier, 1 Zircon hypersonic cruise missile launched from Cape Chauda, Crimea, impacted a target near Sumy City.

This is the third recorded usage of a Zircon so far, and the second this year (last was on August 21). Both missiles this year targeted Sumy.

1 civilian was killed after ~24 missiles and hundreds of drones targeted Kyiv.

Get ready for people to start claiming that the attack targeted civilian infrastructure.

Last night, another large-scale, combined Russian missile and drone attack was carried out on Ukraine.

Missiles launched:

~12 Iskander-M ballistic missiles launched from OTRK installations northeast of, Bryansk Oblast.

~5 Kinzhal hypersonic aeroballistic missiles from 5 MiG-31K fighters at their launch lines near Lipetsk City, Lipetsk Oblast.

~8 Kalibr cruise missiles launched from 1 Submarine of the "Varashvyanka" type off the coast of Myskhako, Krasnodar Krai.

~1 Zircon hypersonic cruise missile launched from a ground-based installation at Cape Chauda, Crimea.

Interceptions rates are currently unknown. So far, only 2 Iskander-Ms are known to have been shot down.

Bila Tserkva combined heat and power plant, Kyiv Oblast (49.79695, 30.18896) by ~2 Iskander-Ms.

CHP-5 Power Plant, Kyiv Oblast (50.39317, 30.56947) by ~3 Iskander-Ms and ~8 Kalibrs.

CHP-6 Power Plant, Kyiv Oblast (50.531699, 30.662307) by ~2 Iskander-M ballistic missiles (~2 shot down) and ~3 Kinzhals.

Trypillya Thermal Power Plant, Kyiv Oblast (50.1339, 30.74764) by ~1 Iskander-M and ~2 Kinzhals.

Unknown target northeast of Brovary, Kyiv Oblast by ~2 Iskander-Ms.

Unknown target near Sumy City by ~1 Zircon.

Additional places targeted by Geran-2 drones, but not by missiles, include:

Vasylkivka, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
Kramatorsk area, Donetsk Oblast.

Keep in mind, the numbers of missiles launched may be slightly higher than what I've listed, as the number of missiles detected is often lower than actual launches.

⚡🇺🇦🇷🇺 This is our first look at the "Long Neptune" missile launcher.
It is obviously larger to accomodate the larger missile. This is likely a variant of the Tatra chassis also used for the Bogdana self-propelled gun. It seems each launcher can only fire 2 missiles at once compared to the 4 in the original version of the missile.
