Consequences of Russian missile strikes on the Kyiv Reservoir dam.

Kyiv has now been under an air raid alert for over 11 hours. Drones continue to move near the city.

There are a lot of map updates from the Pokrovsk direction today...

Multiple reliable sources reported that Ukrainian forces withdrew from their remaining positions on "the peninsula".

If true, this was likely done to prevent being encircled by Russian forces from Kalynove and Karlivka. They will likely hold a defence in the fortifications near the chokehold for a couple of days, before withdrawing to positions further west.

Reliable reports suggest that Russian forces have made a localised breakthrough in the Selydove direction, and have entered the village of Kalynove.

They also likely captured a large swath of treelines and fields following large-scale Ukrainian withdrawals.

Another report states that following a near encirclement, Russian forces captured the rest of Kalynove. Kalynove was the last village in the way of direct assaults on Karlivka from the north.

Update from Novohrodivka:

The situation is at breaking point for the AFU here. The front has completely collapsed in the town, with Russian forces likely now occupying upwards of 90% of it.

The entirety of the central, southern, western and eastern residential areas are likely under the control of Russian forces.

Some reports even suggest that Ukrainian forces withdrew entirely. The town will likely fall in the coming hours.

There isn't much to say on this if I'm being honest. Ukraine has put up very little resistance here, and once it falls, the front will move significantly.
πŸ‘20πŸ‘5🀩3🀬2πŸŽƒ1
Russian forces have likely entered Mykolaivka in the Myrnohrad direction. It appears that most of the village was cleared in a matter of hours. Ukraine is putting up very little resistance here.

The capture of this settlement will allow for direct attacks into Myrnohrad from the south and Hrodivka from the north, possibly cutting supply routes into the town.
πŸ‘21πŸ₯°2πŸ‘Ž1🀬1πŸŽƒ1
Reliable reports suggest that Russian forces have entered the village of Memryk. Fighting is reportedly underway in the central part of the settlement. I expect the village will fall within the next day, with Ukrainian forces withdrawing to Ukrainsk.

Direct assaults will likely then begin on Ukrainsk in order to get behind the Nevelske Salient, collapsing the front westwards once again.
πŸ‘20❀3πŸ”₯2🀬2πŸŽƒ1
Reports suggest that Russian forces continue to slowly advance in Hrodivka and have advanced past Shevchenko Street. The goal is apparently to take the local school, however according to soldiers on the ground, Ukraine has a machine gun position at the school which is likely slowly down the Russian advance.
πŸ‘14πŸ”₯2πŸ‘Ž1🀬1πŸŽƒ1
Explosions in Kharkiv. Ballistic launches were reported around the same time.
πŸ‘12🀬2❀1πŸ₯°1πŸŽƒ1
Geolocated footage indicates that Ukrainian forces have made an advance in the Korenevo direction, capturing a small cluster of buildings and advancing to the nearby treelines.

This advance further puts Russian forces in the forests to the east at risk of encirclement and could allow for Ukrainian forces to advance on Korenevo from the south.
🀬14πŸ‘4πŸ™ˆ4πŸŽƒ2❀1
Geolocated footage indicates that Ukrainian forces made significant progress in the direction of Kul'baki and captured over 20 square km of territory.

Here, they managed to advance along the treelines in a westerly direction for ~4.35km. No villages were captured in the process; however it is possible that Troitskoe will fall as a result of this advance.
πŸ‘12🀬7πŸŽƒ4πŸ™ˆ3πŸ‘Ž1
Explosions in Slovyansk, Donetsk Oblast.
πŸ”₯17πŸ‘Ž2🀬2πŸ₯°1🀩1
Smoke rising over Slovyansk. Probably an MLRS attack.
πŸ‘10πŸ₯°3🀬3πŸ”₯1πŸŽƒ1
Ukrainian forces reportedly attempted to storm the border village of Zhuravlevka in Belgorod Oblast.

Preliminary information suggests that the attacks failed and that Ukrainian forces fled to the forests west of the settlement where Russian artillery and FPV drones are targeting them.

We are only talking about small groups of Ukrainians, likely without armoured support. This is not some major offensive.

More information to come.
πŸ‘17πŸŽƒ2πŸ™ˆ2πŸ‘Ž1🀬1
A reliable source reported that Russian forces captured the last houses in Mykolaivka over the last few hours. I will wait for other sources to report on it before adding it to "likely advances".

If this report is true, it would put them just ~1.77km away from the southern part of Myrnohrad.
πŸ‘22πŸ‘Ž1🀬1πŸŽƒ1
Geolocated footage indicates that Russian forces advanced east of Robotyne in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

Here, they managed to close the salient formed to the east of the village and captured the small, forested area and nearby fields and treelines. Russian forces likely advanced from the flanks forcing a Ukrainian withdrawal. Ukrainian forces likely managed to get out in time, as I didn't see any claims about Ukrainian POWs.

The maximum advance of Russian forces was ~2.1km
