AIMPLB Strongly Condemns Pahalgam Terror Attack, Expresses Solidarity with Victims' Families

New Delhi, April 23, 2025:

The All India Muslim Personal Law Board has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on tourists in the Pahalgam area of Jammu and Kashmir. In a statement, the Board expressed deep sorrow and heartfelt condolences to the families of those killed and seriously injured in the tragic incident.

Maulana Khalid Saifullah Rahmani, President of the All India Muslim Personal Law Board, denounced the terror attack in the strongest terms and urged the Government of India to promptly investigate the incident and take strict action against those responsible. Extending his condolences to the families of the deceased and critically injured, Maulana Rahmani said that the Board’s heartfelt sympathies are with the victims. He reiterated the Board’s demand that the government carry out a thorough and swift investigation and ensure that those found guilty are brought to justice.

Maulana Rahmani also expressed deep concern over how such incidents continue to occur despite the heavy presence of security forces and tight surveillance along the borders in Jammu and Kashmir. “This is undoubtedly a severe failure of our security apparatus,” he said. The Board hopes that the government will focus on strengthening the security system in Jammu and Kashmir to ensure the safety of both locals and tourists.

جموں وکشمیر میں دہشت گردانہ حملے کے بعد
آل انڈیا مسلم پرسنل لا بورڈ نے اپنے احتجاجی پروگراموں پر کچھ دنوں کے لئے روک لگائی

نئی دہلی، 23 اپریل2025:

کشمیر میں سیاحوں پر دہشت گردانہ حملے میں کئی افراد کی جانیں چلی گئیں اور متعدد افراد شدید طور پرزخمی ہو گئے۔ جس پر بورڈ کے صدر نے فوری طور پر ایک تعزیتی بیان جاری کیا ہے، تاہم بورڈ نے یہ بھی فیصلہ کیا کہ مرنے والے خاندانوں سے اظہار ہمدردی کے طور پر وقف قانون میں متنازعہ ترمیمات کے خلاف جاری مہم کو تین دنوں کے لئے موقوف کیا جائے۔
مجلس عمل برائے تحفظ اوقاف آل انڈیا مسلم پرسنل لا بورڈ کے قومی کنوینر ڈاکٹر سید قاسم رسول الیاس نے ایک بیان میں کہا کہ جموں کشمیر کے پہلگام میں ہوا دہشت گردانہ حملہ جس میں تقریباََ 28 افراد کی موت اور 20 لوگ شدید طور پر زخمی ہوگئے انتہائی افسوسناک اور قابل مذمت ہے۔ آل انڈیا مسلم پرسنل لا بورڈ نے یہ فیصلہ کیا ہے کہ مہلوکین کے خاندانوں سے اظہار ہمدردی و سوگ کے طور پر بورڈ کی تحفظ اوقاف مہم کے تحت جاری پروگراموں کو تین دنوں کے لئے موقوف کیا جاتاہے۔

ڈاکٹر الیاس نے اس مہم کے ریاستی وضلعی کنوینرس کو ایک سرکلر جاری کر کے کہا کہ فوری طور پر مہم کے پروگراموں کو 3 دنوں کے لئے روک دیا جائے۔ البتہ تین دن کے بعد حسب معمول مہم جاری رہے گی۔

آل انڈیا مسلم پرسنل لا بورڈ جموں کشمیر کے پہلگام علاقے میں سیاحوں پر دہشت گردانہ حملے کی سخت الفاظ میں مذمت کرتا ہے اور اس المناک واقعہ میں مرنے والوں اور شدید طور پر زخمی ہو جانے والے افراد کے خاندانوں سے اظہار ہمدردی کر تا ہے۔

آل انڈیا مسلم پرسنل لا بورڈ کے صدر مولانا خالد سیف اللہ رحمانی نے کل جموں وکشمیر کے پہلگام میں ہو ئے دہشت گردانہ حملے کی سخت الفاظ میں مذمت کر تے ہو ئے حکومت ہند سے مطالبہ کیا ہے کہ وہ جلد از جلد اس واقعہ کی تحقیق کر وائے اور ملوث افراد کے خلاف سخت کارروائی کرے۔ مولانا نے اس حادثہ میں مر نے والے اور شدید طور پر زخمی ہو جانے والے افراد کے خاندانوں سے تعزیت کر تے ہو ئے کہا کہ ہماری دلی ہمدردی آپ کے ساتھ ہے۔ ہم حکومت ہند سے مطالبہ کر تے ہیں کہ وہ اس واقعہ کی جلد از جلد تحقیق کر وائے اور ملوث پائے گئے افراد کے خلاف سخت کارروائی کرے۔

مولانا نے اس پر سخت حیرت کا اظہار کیا کہ جموں و کشمیر میں سیکورٹی فورسز کی زبر دست موجودگی اور سرحدوں پر فوج کی تعیناتی اور چوکسی کے باوجود ایسے واقعات کیوں ہو جاتے ہیں؟ یہ یقیناً ہماری سیکوریٹی نظام کی بدترین ناکامی ہے۔ ہم امید کر تے ہیں کہ حکومت جموںوکشمیرمیں سیکورٹی کے نظام کو بہتر بنانے پر توجہ کرے گی تاکہ مقامی افراد اور سیاحوں کی حفاظت کا معقول انتظام ہوسکے۔
