Food-sharing Ceremony

On this Easter holiday, Abebech Gobena Charity hosted a food-sharing ceremony as a compassionate gesture towards those in need. Mrs. Woinshet Damtew, Deputy Program Director at Abebech Gobena Charity, expressed “the significance of this activity as a sacred embodiment of the charity's culture and values.” She emphasized the importance of supporting the vulnerable within our communities, urging all to extend their assistance in any capacity possible. She also presented her sincere gratitude to the program sponsor Menschen fur Menschen, Switzerland.
Furthermore, officials from Woreda 2 and 6 offices graced the event, underscoring the collaborative effort to improve the lives of the underprivileged. The food was distributed to 150 beneficiaries, which symbolizes the enduring commitment to uplift and empower those in need. This act of compassion and generosity embodies the spirit of unity and support, reflecting the charity's unwavering dedication to serving the community.
መጪውን የትንሳኤ በዓል ምክንያት በማድረግ አበበች ጎበና ቻሪቲ ለአቅመ ደካማ የማህበረሰብ አካላት የማዕድ ማጋራት ስነ-ሥርዓት አደረገ፡፡
በመርሃ ግብሩ ላይ የድርጅቱ ም/ ፕሮግራም ዳይሬክተር ወ/ሮ ወይንሸት ዳምጠው በባስተላለፉተ መልዕክት፣ አበበች ጎበና ቻሪቲ በተለያዩ የበጎ አድራጎት ስራዎች የአካባቢውን ማህበረሰብ መደገፍ ዋና ዓላማው መሆኑን ገልፀው “ይህንን ስጦታ ለ150 ተጠቃሚዎች እንድናበረክት ያገዘንን የሜንሽን ፎር ሜንሽን ስዊዘርላንድ ድርጅት እናመሠግናለን” ብለዋል፡፡
በስርዓቱ ላይ በአራዳ ክ/ከተማ የወረዳ 2 እና ወረዳ 6 ተወካዮች ተገኝተው ስጦታውን ለተጠቃሚዎች አበርክተዋል፡፡

ለሚደረግልን የዘወትር ድጋፍ የከተማ መስተዳድሩን በተለይም ክብርት ከንቲባ አዳነች አቤቤን በድርጅቱና በታዳጊ ሕፃናቱ ስም ከፍ ያለ ምስጋናችንን እያቀረብን፤ ድርጅታችን ወደፊትም የታዳጊ ሕፃናትንና የማህበረሰባችንን ሕይወት ለመታደግ እንዲሁም የዶ/ር አበበች ጎበና ሌጋሲን ለማስቀጠል በሚያደርገው ሁለገብ ጥረት የከተማ አስተዳደሩ ድጋፍ እንደማይለየን ፅኑ እምነት አለን።
