Teacher charged in historical sexual assault of Calgary teenage girl
Mario Joseph Denis Arsenault, 54,
of Levis, Que., with two counts of sexual exploitation and one count of sexual assault.
She reported multiple instances of sexual assault between 2000 and 2003

Province promotes judge in southern Alberta
Justice Eric Brooks will serve as an assistant chief justice in the Alberta Court of Justice, presiding over the base courts of Lethbridge and Medicine Hat, as well as the regional circuit courts in the area.
Including Brooks, the province made a total of five judicial appointments across Alberta.
