What do we do?

We support and educate the Network of AEGEE in the field of Human Resources Management (HRM/HR). We coordinate the implementation of a tailored HR cycle according to the needs of AEGEE and assist any antennas and EBs in need of guidance. We run HR related projects supporting the members of AEGEE.

In the Human Resources Committee of AEGEE-Europe, we believe every person has the potential to do the extraordinary, and we strive to get the maximum potential out of every AEGEE member.
