【初選47人案｜全球港人號召周末集會聲援民主派 「初選無罪，打壓可恥」】
世界各地港人團體近日號召於周六（15日）舉辦集會，聲援因初選案被控的民主派人士，集會地點包括 #英國、#美國、#加拿大、#澳洲 以至 #台灣 等。聯合主辦集會的團體表示初選無罪，期望所有離散各地的港人參與今次活動，聲援受政治逼害的47名被告以至其他在囚者。
今次集會大部分以默站形式進行，以 #三藩市 的集會為例，主辦方表示希望召集47名參加者戴上面具，一方面象徵初選案被捕的47名被告，亦表達「47人可以是我們任何一個」的訊息。他們亦計劃在默站期間，向途人講解港區國安法及初選案，呼籲參加者攜帶文宣、標語或旗幟出席。

Not Guilty - Stand With HK 47 - Leeds Silent Protest
列斯嘅默站行動喺香港人踴躍支持下順利舉行。多於47名港人及本地人戴上象徵被國安法帶來白色恐怖影響之白色面具，手持SAVEHK47大字呼籲大眾關注。現場同時播放解釋47人案嘅英文錄音，同埋願榮光歸香港、Do you hear the people sing，聲援是次行動。
The silent protest organised by Hongkongers in Leeds was successfully held with strong support from the Hongkongers community. More than 47 Hong Kongers and locals wore white masks symbolising the impact of the national security law and the white terror it brought to Hongkongers. They held up SAVEHK47 signs, calling for attention from the public. The English recording explaining the HK 47 case was played on site, along with the songs "Glory to Hong Kong" and "Do You Hear the People Sing”

The silent protest organised by Hongkongers in Leeds was successfully held with strong support from the Hongkongers community. More than 47 Hong Kongers and locals wore white masks symbolising the impact of the national security law and the white terror it brought to Hongkongers. 「初選無罪，政治打壓可恥」NOT GUILTY!
海外港人包括英國以及歐美澳加多個不同地方聯合推動「初選無罪- 聲援香港47人案聯合行動」，於各地舉行默站、一人一信等等行動。
而我們於倫敦亦響應行動，除了聲援35+初選案被告外，更要求釋放所有政治犯，呼籲大眾關注香港情況。
我們將於4月23日在倫敦進行默站行動，並沿途向途人介紹及解釋香港情況。現需要召集大量義工於當天進行默站、向途人講解及維持秩序，希望倫敦港人能支持及參與是次活動，如有意幫忙做義工請聯絡： t.me/walktogether

這是香港《國安法》生效後最大規模的案件，引起國際廣泛關注，包括是否有公平審訊。
47名被告大部分人不獲保釋，失去自由長達兩年才開始審訊。少數獲保釋人士則須接受苛刻條件，包括言論自由受限。
本案為高等法院案件，理應設有陪審團，但律政司在2022年8月指示案件不設陪審團，由3名國安法指定法官組成審判庭審理。
律政司給出的理由是案件具有「涉外因素」、要保障陪審員及其家人的人身安全、有可能妨礙司法公義妥為執行的實際風險。當局強調有關安排是為了「確保公平審訊」，「絕無減損被告人的任何合法權益」。
根據《港區國安法》第46條，在高等法院原訟法庭就國安案件的檢控程序，凡律政司長發出有關證書，可指示相關訴訟毋須在有陪審團的情況下進行審理。至今，沒有一宗《國安法》案件設有陪審團。
